My wife and I were in town for a veterinary expo and heard through the grapevine about this place. We were in search of records/lps, so we took a cab there. We heard about the back rooms and proceeded to search them. We found all sorts of records we wanted, and were overwhelmed by the vast amount the store has. We spent a total of 8 hours or so in there over 2 days, and on the final day, found a yamaha head unit in the back. It happened to be somewhat of a unicorn, and I ended up with it for 15 bucks. Such a great experience here, I even picked up a pair of shorts quickly after ripping mine climbing through all the goodness in the back. If we are ever in town again, we will make damn sure to get back there.

Thrift Trader is a cool spot where you can find some used music, movies, threads and audio gear all under one roof. Prices are pretty reasonable and they check the quality of the items they put out. Lots of vinyl in varying conditions. Ive sold items here for trade-in credit before and it is a painless process and they have hidden gems in their massive inventory. If you have the patience to dig youll find some obscure stuff here. Insider tip: They have a parking lot sale every Saturday and Sunday usually starting around 9am and all items are $1. They have CDs, DVDs, vinyl and clothing. The parking lot sale is cash only.

Had a horrible experience in store. Trying on a dress and was spoken to rudely by a staff member (long brown hair, short, late 30s maybe). Mid change this person spoke to me through the curtain of the changing cubicle and felt I was taking too long considering I had one item and without my permission or even caring whether I was dressed or not, pulled the curtain partly across. I was so angry and embarrassed, I left asap. It was so unprofessional and such a shame because all the other staff were lovely and considerate. My past shopping experiences there have been good and everything is really well priced.

I was in the area with time to kill, so i punched up "thrift store" and "nearby" in my GPS. I was NOT disappointed. YAY! Terrific selection, and I loved that everything was one price, no haggle, no finding tags. They had names like A&F, Old Navy, Dana Buchman etc. I found a lot of cute careerwear for work. Very lucky to have accidentally found this place, now its saved in my "Favorites". Good times, huge selection.

Interesting place, I worked here for a split second when I got into town. The place has a lot of gems and could use a bit more organization but overall the selection is varied and the price is adequate for a low end resale store. You can also trade two of your used items (that they accept) for one of theirs, which is always interesting.

I love this place! Its a treasure trove of awesome. Time and time again I come in here and score an epic awesome shirt, accessory, shoes, or unique item! I love that the store is well attended to, and has plenty of fresh items/clothes being put out every day. This is how I like my thrift stores!

I dont hate this place and most of the staff is better then great, only thing I have to complain on is the owner Doug, he has changed his buying and selling policy so much, now he no longer pays what he use to, he pays less and still charges same prices, In fact on alot of things he charges more

Wow is this place awesome! Theyve got TONS of music and clothes and, not only are you able to purchase their items, but you can trade or sell them any of your stuff as well. I always enjoy my visits here and the workers are great. *In a semi-hidden area and yes, they have a few dressing rooms.

One of my favorite thrift stores, has a huge selection of clothing that is replenished often. They have lots of records, cds, and movies as well! Their vintage section is amazing as well. The surrounding area has lots of great food places to grab a bite.

This is my favorite Thrift Trader. I found a great Jim Croce vinyl here. Theyve got everything youd expect from a thrift store, and its pretty impressive what you can get for the things you no longer want anyway. I think the whole idea is pretty cool.

This place its great for used goods. Every time I go, I find something great to take home. Ask about the secret room if youre into digging through records. A bit dusty so if youre prone to allergies(like me), pop a Benadryl before you come here.

Pretty cool store. I love the atmosphere. I miss the things the old store had like a good Plus Size section so I didnt have to go through the racks to find what little they now have in my size. Still fun to visit.

If you are willing to dig you can find some gems in the dollar record bins. Some records in bin are just too trashed to be saved. But some gems.

In love! Take old junk, get new junk. Plus I can always find a new movie to watch for a buck during the parking lot sales on weekends.

Does anyone know why they closed it? About two weeks ago it was temporarily closed and now its officially closed, what happened?

Horrible, gave us crap credit, over charged us by 10$ and didnt even deduct the credit from our total, and sold us EMPTY DVDs

A little pricey even for a thrift score that skews slightly more upscale. There are better thrift stores than this nearby.

I bought 10 CDs for $10 from the parking lot today. I also bought 3 pairs of #Lucky Jeans in brand new condition!

Cheap prices and the merchandise is commensurate with those prices. Rarely any great finds but lots to look at.

More guys than girls. Looked worse than Goodwill honestly. I guess the clothes reflect the neighborhood.

I use to like it before they got super picky on what they accept to trade. I stopped shopping there.

Parking is hard, customer service is subpar and selection of clothing is mainly old lady or size 2.
