the customer service at this location is outstanding. very polite on the phone, and very professional in the store, i hardly waited, was greeted immediately, and was not sold anything extra that i didnt need. i needed my first 2 tires replaced, one due to damage, and the other from wear/tear in the front. the back 2 tires had another 30K miles left in them, the technician measured it, and said i really didnt have to change those if i didnt want to right yet. also recomended a set of cheaper tires over more expensive brands/models because they would not improve the performance in my specific car anyway. also said he was not interested in waisting my money on it. for their professionalism, honesty, service, and respect, i plan on returning to this location for my other auto needs as well. thank you discount tire.

Customer service has ALWAYS been consistently great here! My husband and I bought tires here a year ago, and whats great is you can have your tires rotated here for free every 5,000 miles (which you should be doing anyway). But for FREE? Yes, please! Weve been back several times, having them rotate our tires each time. One time, I got a flat (nail). They were able to patch it up for free too! Youll be amazed at all of the services they offer. Their waiting room is big enough to accommodate.... about 10 people, but Ive never had to wait more than 30 minutes. I wish I knew what the customer service experience is like at other Discount Tire so I can give you a comparison, but Ive found no need to use another location since this one is conveniently close to where we live. :)

typically, i go to costco to get my tires but for whatever reason, they couldnt get my tires on order due to a supplier issue and the sale price ended that day. so i called up discount tire the following day and told the guy what happened at costco and he got my tires on order, delivered, and installed the SAME day. not only that, they matched costcos price ($10 lower per tire), matched the install fee ($15/tire), and even gave me the sale price even tho it was expired by a day. my tires were installed within an hour after showing up. definitely worth a positive review.

Wow! This place was awesome. Never done much repair in my car and I had a flat so I googled it and found discount tire. Brought it in on a Friday and they took care of it in about 30 minutes with NO appointment. Best of all it was FREE! They just hope you come back to them when you need new tires. Everything went better then expected, plus they have free water bottles in the waiting room. When I need tires in the future I will deffinetly be coming back here.

I had a tire going flat in my car on a saturday evening and got to Discount Tire near 5 pm. They took my car in right away, diagnosed the leak and fixed it immediately. Also checked all my other tires for pressure and safety. All in under 15 minutes. The charge? $0.00! Thats right -- zero dollars for such a professional job including using a torque wrench to tighten the bolts. I know where Ill be coming back to when my car needs tires.

Was somewhat skeptical about the free tire repair, but it was legitimately free for a plug and Patch tire repair. Even gave me a free water. Adrian from The Point Loma store was there and was super helpful and friendly. They also put air in all the tires. They will check your tire wearing and possibly recommend new tires but theyre not pushy about it at all. Really like this place and will definitely return for new tires next time.

In the past year Ive bought and mounted 3 sets of tires from these guys and theyve been great every time. If youre unsure about what you want/need, theyll spend time helping you pick the perfect tire. On the flip side, if you need something really specific, theyll go the extra mile and find it--Blake found me the set I needed in TEXAS! Their prices are fair, they go above and beyond and theyre fast..couldnt ask for more.

My rear left tire was leaking air so I booked an appointment online. I walked into the store and was greeted with great customer service by one of the sales associates. He immediately pulled my car into the shop to take a look. They patched my tire and my car was ready to go within 20 minutes. The best part of it was that IT WAS ALL FREE!!! I will definitely be coming back here for all of tire needs in the future.

They have the best price in town. I have bout a set of original tires for my 2007 BMW with sports trim 30% below the price quoted by BMW dealership.I have also bought tires for a VW beetle coupe 25% below the price of VW dealership. I would have rated them 5 stars but the first time I made an appointmade the tires which were supposed to be waiting for the scheduled appointment were still not delievered to them.

It was my girlfriends birthday. On my way to dinner, at 4:30 I realized I was in desperate need of new tires. I told them I had only 45 minutes, and not a minute over. They took me in (at their rush hour), and made it happen. They gave me 4 new tires in 30 minutes! I made it safely to dinner and the whole team was proud to help. I highly recommend the Miramar discount tire crew, and will definitely go back!

Discount tire has always been great! The guys are nice and when I had a nail in my tire, they repaired it, twice! The first time was a free fix. The second time they got me a loaner tire so I could get on the road, special ordered my tire, and then made the swap all for $20!!!! Not to mention each time Im there its all done within 30-45 minutes. Ill always be going to discount tire for my tire needs.

I ran over a razor blade off an exit nearby this location with my two little ones in the backseat. I didnt feel comfortable driving around like that so I drove to this location. They accomadated me without an appointment and got the tire replaced surprisingly fast. Its hard to sit and wait with little kids so I was really grateful. Good, friendly, competent service.

Great Experience! I walked in and was greeted by Carl immediately and informed him I had a huge bolt stuck in my tire on my new Audi SQ5. He examined it to find it was leaking. I had to be in a meeting within the hour and they fixed the tire quickly, I was out of there within 30 mins. I will definitely go back when I need to purchase new tires. Exceptional service!

My right front tire has been losing air for a week. I took my vehicle to the Discount Tire Miramar Store for an evaluation on a raining day. The customer service was excellent. They quickly diagnosed its caused by a nail and completed complimentary patching and rebalancing within 20 minutes. I will certainly return for any future tire needs.

These guys are pros! Decent prices and they try to match other stores, but the best part is the service team. If you watch them, they work their butt off to get you in and out quickly. They work excellent as a team and it is almost like watching a pit crew. Made me tired just watching them.
