Unfortunately you have to do at least one star but my choice would be no stars the store was really cluttered with things everywhere piled on top of everything and you really couldnt find what you needed unless you ask for it. I was returning a broken Christmas tree, that was given to me as a gift, and there was only one register open the lady at the register was super rude and had no interest in helping me to find a new Christmas tree that wasnt broken! she even made a comment to another employee about how I was just returning one tree because it was a box of two trees and only one was broken, so she made a snide remark to her about what she was going to do with you 1 tree? but the other girl helped me find a replacement and my husband and I left after that!!! If the older woman who was at the only register, was even remotely nice to me, we probably would have stayed and shopped, and spent ALOT more money, but it wasnt worth the price of complete rudeness ar ALL! Frankly I dont see how they are still open for business??

Always some interesting finds here at pretty good prices. The people who work towards the rear of the store are particularly helpful, especially Don (really really nice guy). My experience here is always so binary. People in and around the store are either super nice or so WEIRD its baffling. I dislike the location; it just feels off, like someone is about to jump out from behind a parked car at any moment. Oh yeah - they support contactless payment here.

Cashier and other female employee were very pushy and rude. Insisted that I use a shopping cart or leave my items at the front registers while I went to my car to get the items i needed to return. I ended up leaving the store and not conducting any business there. Other employees I interacted with in the store were very friendly and helpful. Loved the store itself. Fantastic selection and very clean other than the bathroom.

Its your typical big lots... full of somewhat low price stuff. This one tends to have someone getting arrested for shoplifting every time every I visit, which is always entertaining.

My wife purchased a good coffee table for 150.00 it was at another store for 450.00.Great savings!! They helped load it in her car and were very friendly!!
