Just had the WORST customer service experience from your cashiers Raven/Jonathon. I have over $70 in VIP SYWR surprise pts. and when checking out, Raven FAILED to redeem them properly therefore, I could not use my surprise points. Also, the shoes I was purchasing were ringing up incorrectly and she FAILED to get the correct price!!!! As a past manager of Sears, I instructed her or attempted to on how to properly redeem my points. The entire time she was back talking me and saying rude comments under her breath like she had a clue as to what she was doing. Raven instructed ME to call the SYWR phone number instead of finding a solution(btw she didnt even give me the # and as a employee, it was actually her responsibility to call the SYWR # and RESOLVE the error in their computer system ). I spent over an hour in this location to be given a PATHETIC excuse of customer service! I ended up walking out, choosing to take my business elsewhere. RAVEN SHOULD NOT BE WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC. She is condescending, unfriendly, uninformative, and also has very POOR hygiene. If I was the GM, she would be unemployed, as well as her coworker Jonathan. Not only was this embarrassing because there was a line but this could have been prevented if she knew company policies!!!!! My advice to the store GM: Be more selective in your hiring process I will be contacting the district manager, corporate, and the BBB.

I wouldnt even give them one star. They DO NOT treat others like theyd like to be treated. I bought shoes a few weeks ago at the Boise store which was closing. When the one shoes heel came off, Nampa store wouldnt do anything about it. Go to Walmart theyll treat you right. No wonder Kmarts not doing to well, and Walmarts doing great. I will NEVER AGAIN SHOP, REFER ANYONE, BUT WILL DISCOURGE ANYONE FROM SHOPPING KMART ANY WHERES. A FORMER EMPLOYEE IN GOOD STANDING

Picked up my prescriptions. Love the pharmacist Sam. He knows me by sight and my conditions so keeps me on track with my meds. They are also right on it when it comes to filling my prescriptions so I rarely have to wait long for them. Also when there is a change in my meds he makes sure I know before I leave, so I am not confused or unsure of what to expect from them. They are great and I highly recommend them to you.

I ordered a wedding band over a month ago and i have just been waiting and waiting and then I get a call saying they dont know where my order is and that theyll just call me when its there and then i get an email saying my order was cancelled!! I called and theyre telling me its out of stock. it said it was in stock when i ordered it a damn month ago!? F******* for real?! F*** this place.

The worst customer service ever! Me and my wife went in there to take advantage of shop your way rewards and none of the offers would work even though they were on the screen for existing offers, when asking the manager on duty for help he told us to cal shop your way rewards its pathetic excuse for customer service . Ravens and Jonathan were very rude and should not work retail

3stars Is due to the fact that this Kmart store Needs a Major Face Lift both inside and out! This Kmart store is one of the first in Idaho! Its been there before I was born and Im 40yrs old. I believe its been there for over 50+yrs! However I have Loved going to this store to do my shopping!

The staff (90% of them) are wonderful! Holly, Miranda, Miss K, and the manager (and a few others I cant remember their names)will go the extra mile for you! The store is always clean the prices are great and you are treated the same! !
