I like this facility because it is right by my house. The workers are all friendly. Some seem to recognize me when I go in because I frequent this grocery store over any other, which is nice. Makes me feel like they arent just there doing their jobs, but are part of the community and they actually notice when a usual customer comes in. My wife and I have had man conversations with cashiers as they ring up our groceries. Sometimes when it is really busy I have noticed not every lane is open or at night they trim down to 2 lines. Thats usual though for every business. It would not make it very profitable to open every cash register all day. Or to have to do it for the one time it happens to get too busy. Thats business! But prices are usually cheaper than anywhere else. The only place I have seen beat Walmarts grocery prices is Cardenas. But that is in central vegas by meadows mall which is further out of the way.

Maybe if the "Google User" wasnt stealing you wouldnt of had a problem. To sit there and put someone down using the word "fat" just to make yourself look good is so wrong. This is what I remember of the incident. I am the "fat" woman... I informed my management of possible theft on your part. I was following Wal-Marts procedures. Loss prevention is the one to inform me I was not aloud to give you the refund. Mind you your receipt was one of many from many returns that you have done. You got caught receipt shopping and you didnt like it so you blast a note on google.. As to the store. It is a great store with great people that work very hard for their paychecks! They dont need people like you in there anyways. Stealing from them... Way to go loss prevention! This way the real customers will be able to shop hassle free.

Used to love coming here since everyone was so nice but one of the employees who run the self-check out lanes ruined it for me. I rang up something twice on accident and I had to void it out so I had to wait for her to override it. Shes over talking to another person who did not need help with anything, they were just having small talk, while my light is blinking for help. Another lady had to get an override as well and the employee had the nerve to walk up to her first. When she got to me she gave me the rudest attitude asking me why I rang up an item twice if I was only getting one. Seriously talking to me like I was stupid. So whatever, rude customer service I dont know how these people get hired.

This is a clean and very service oriented Walmart store with wonderful staff. The produce is fresh and the people are very helpful. I have noted some customers are very rude when the staff cannot bend corporate rules regarding the customer service desk and financial matters. They cannot blame Walmart locations for corporate rules. This is a WONDERFUL Walmart Neighborhood Market. They should be a supercenter with their customer service capabilities. I moved and relocated my shopping experience from Centennial to this store for groceries. Very pleased. Larger stores could take note from how efficiently this location is run.

A Private User

There is a Fat lady there in the evening with Brownish blonde hair. She is extremely rude. She is older and overweight. She causes all kinds of problems with customers. Preferably ones to her dislike. Told me she would refund my money if I had my debit card. No problem I left my card at home. Returned and had security all over me. I even had a receipt. But I was suspicious Because it was a few days later. I have avoided this lady before. Now she is willing to go as far as sicking security on me, for no reason. I live right around the corner and I avoid this store at all costs.

Yesterday there wasnt any diet Arizona ice tea stocked.. that was a bummer so I figured Id have to return the next day.. Went about my way picking up other grocery in the store when Brian a shift boss walked up to me saying he had over heard me about the ice tea and insist he is bringing some from the back now.. perfect! I never expect great customer service at any Walmart, because they dont advertise customer service they advertise low prices, but that was a plus also saving me a trip around the block! Thanks Brian.

This store needs to fire every checker they have. Every single time I am here they are all standing around talking. In this economy, you would think these people would be happy to be working but they are being paid to stand around and gossip. When they are doing their jobs, they make me so uncomfortable that finally I cant take it. I would love to say that I wont be back, but I probably will. The location is too convenient and prices are fair.

They need to keep their Shells stock looks like they might be going out of business I went to this Walmart last Friday. Be careful check the tops on the Coke bottles cuz I got a whole six-pack that the bottles were open so whether it is Coke or any other product in the plastic bottles checked the tops that they havent been open.

Pharmacy, very slow, i go overthere order my prescriptions, they tell me to comeback later to pick up, i go back, they have nothing ready, they forgot to put in computer, to get my mother prescription, i had to make 4 trips n 2 calls, Im about to move my prescriptions to Walgreens

Store out of the lot of things soda uncoordinated you cant just very bad that stores run very bad I forgot my 2 packs bug lights and 2 packs chandelier lights went back in there a half hour later and they put it back on the Shelf put it this way a very bad store to shop at

This Walmart is a great example of neighborhood. All of the employees are friendly. Especially the tall, African American man in the deli and the other guy in produce. They are ALWAYS helpful and friendly to my family.

I just called to see if the store had at least 40 composition books. I was transferred to the manager who said that hed have all forty stacked for me at the Customer Service counter. How nice was that!!!

I have shopped there frequently with no problems. I shopped there yesterday and left something at the deli. I called them twice today and as one might expect from WalMart, nobody answered the phone. Done.

It was very busy and they opened 2 more check outs and called someone from the back to help me load the heavy dog food and cases of drinks. Employees always helpful and friendly.

Never has my medications I have to wait a week or more for them to get them ordered, the nail place sucks I gave them 2 chances and second time was worse
