If I could put -0 I so would Bought a costume after the 14th of October, had a situation and called in to ask if I could return the 100$ items I had in costumes. I was told after the 14th no Halloween costumes could be returned. I then said nobody said anything at the time of purchase and the SUPERVISOR decided to tell me "as a consumer you shouldve checked the bottom of your receipt, theres nothing I can do" excuse me? Teach your employees how to communicate with their clients and teach yourself how to treat customers, use empathy like EVERY other customer service representative. Unprofessional and overpriced for a thrift shop and I bought mine new from their selection and I dont deserve a return. Great, thank you savers for not Saving me anything

I was in the Nampa Savers 2 days ago on October 17th, 2016 and bought 2 halloween costumes. A pirate costume for my son that cost 4.99 and an infant pumpkin costume for 6.99. I didnt realize until I got home how much the pumpkin costume was and thought that was way over priced. Well today I went in and tried returning it with the receipt and what did they tell me?? "Oh we would have never priced this costume that high". And they wouldnt give me back the money I paid for it!!!! Are you freaking kidding?! Its not my fault that this store over prices things! I will NEVER shop at Savers again. Its a freaking crock!

I went to Savers to purchase an outfit for a school dance for my grandchild. We found a magnificent gown and your attendant (Thursday 3/19 -blond woman working the dressing room) first validated the beauty of the dress, went and found two additions to the outfit that just made the girl look magnificent. So....we bought heels, a dress, jewels and shrug for a decent price and only had to visit one store. Yee ha. We were so pleased and your "fashion consultant" made the day. THANK YOU from a grateful grandma.

Went up to the register to purchase, stopped at the wait here for service and the cashier comes up, waves at me, and then scolds me for coming up, even used the phrase "thats why we have that sign there.". After trying to be nice and explain that his wave confused me he responds with an if so fact so response. Never have I been treated like trash at thia store, and never will I spend my money there again. Go out of business.

Excellent selection of used clothing items. Clothes are in very good condition, most look new to me. The prices are great, usually about $3-5 for a nice shirt and $7-10 for jeans. Members receive a discount and seniors get 30% off on Tuesdays. I think they have a better selection and nicer clothes than the other thrift stores nearby.

Wasnt impressed- went in for kids clothes - the cashier charged us double for the same multiple items and none on some of the others and some of the items somehow didnt make it in the bag the was haphazardly shoved in the bag. Buyer beware. Anyone finds a 5t superman shirt enjoy.

Went to talk to a manager after applying for a job and was very unimpressed by the way the manager greeted me and talked to me. I left feeling like I wasnt a priority to her, like she was annoyed she had to get up off her ass and actually do her job was so hard.

Great store. But always busy. And when they have a colored tag sale it seems they Jack up the price before they put the half sale price on it. Need to put the store on the Google Maps.

The prices are good and the staff are friendly. The only reason its not a four star is that the selection is generally poor, though theres occasionally some hidden nuggets.
