I just called this location to ask if they can look up an item for me on a mountain bike I want to get. A spanish lady picked up the phone she asked me what department I said bikes. She said a lot of people went to lunch but ill transfer you. I get transfer it rings and rings. I hang up call back same lady picks up and I tell her a lot of people work there is there anyone that can help me look up an item for me? she said hang on Ill get someone for you. I wait on the phone for 5 mins..nothing! SO i can hang up call back its busy tone. I call back with a differrent phone # and it rings a different lady picks up she sounded american I asked her if someone can look up an item for me if I give her the item # she was very nice and transered me to someone that has a register to look up the item for me. I get transfer it rang n rang finally after 2 mins of ringing no one responded. Its not that hard to look up and item especially having the item # and if someone went to lunch you would think they have another person to cover. The people here are obviously lazy and do not care about customer service. I just called other 2 walmart locations that are close by and the first person that picked up both location helped me and looked up the item right away! It just goes to show the people at this location is lazy and dont care

To start off, I asked a lady to put a laptop on lay away. It took her 10 minuets to even get to the laptops. Then i told her which one i wanted. She said ok and opened the cabinet. She pulls out the one I want looks at it and puts it back. She closes the case. She opens the next one there is 5 in there she looks at all and puts them all back. I said that was the one i want. She said No its not and walks away to get her gun scanner thing. She comes back scans the wrong one and i tell her thats not the one i want and she gives me attitude saying why didnt you tell me that before. i told her i did multiple times and then she grabbed the first one. IT took 30 minuets to even get the laptop out of the case. I specifically told her i wanted to put it on lay way but when she got up to the counter she gave me the price. I again said I WANT TO PUT IT ON LAY AWAY and she gave me attitude again. We walked over to lay away and she said here take this and the man up front will help you. The man up front was nicer but never put an old lady anywhere she cant do her job. Never went into walmart because of the rude employees and after this I can say I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO WALMART. Go get a degree in manners or something. Shows how much they care about. Worst Place To Shop Never Come Here...

Compared to the Wal-Mart I normally shop at, this one is really disappointing. Im not sure if its a lot smaller or just seemed that way, but everything just seemed really close and crowded, & it doesnt have a true "grocery" section. They really, really need to expand this location. This location must obviously have a problem with people stealing as youre not able to take anything, not even a $6 charging cable, out of the heavily guarded electronics department without paying first. The staff guarding the electronics section were very nice & helpful, offering to hold my $6 cable until I finished shopping so I could just go back and pay for everything at once in the electronics department, however I was crunched for time so I had to leave it. Staff at the self pay in the front was very helpful & patient.

I completely agree with the other reviews about how awful this location is. I have never in my life seen so many incredibly weird people in a single place at once. The entire People of Wal-Mart blog could exist strictly on this location alone. The store is dirty and clogged with promotional displays in every aisle. Everywhere I went some weirdo magically had to rush to that exact spot to spoon up next to me like they were trying to pick pocket me. The overall winner though was when checking out a guy walked by with huge spurs on his cowboy boots sounding like a Clint Eastwood movie even the cashier started laughing out loud when he saw it, unbelievable. I will never return to this location and go to others in the Vegas area next time like the one off Blue Diamond Road.

Could not order my class ring because nobody was trained to place orders. I spoke to Yolee, and she was very sweet but did not know what to do. I dont blame her, she did not receive full training and should NOT by any means get written up. I blame the three other individuals who were her superiors and Manager Stacy for not knowing either. They said the only person who knows how to do class rings and orders works only during the day shift. There was no sign or anything....EVER, to indicate this. I have never had a bad experience ordering class rings here before until now. Very disappointed in the managers and superiors. I received a written statement by Yolee stating, "Class ring I cant not order it because I am not traned to do it. Yolee and Manager Stacey"

Nothing against Walmart in general but this location seems kind of seedy. Way too many bored teenagers loitering in the parking lot looking for something to do, (or take). The store itself smelled funny. It didnt seem like they made much of an effort to keep it clean, or maybe they are just not able to. The entryway was packed with people just standing around. There for the free air conditioning because they dont have any at home? It was so noisy and chaotic with screaming kids running amok that I turned around and left after a few minutes inside and have not been back since. I still shop at Walmart, just not this one.

Another visit to Walmart and again greeted by someone who should not have been in the front of the store greeting anybody with a hairstyle that they have. This one weve and or wig was so out of control I was embarrassed for her. I actually went into another Walmart to find the greeter with rollers in her hair. Im confused on how your customer service is actually if thats the first thing that youre greeted with coming into the store it kind of sets the atmosphere on what your experience is going to be like.

Although the negative a lot of the negative things might be true of this location, I just had a very good experience in the pharmacy department. The lady who helped me was kind and attentive. She pointed me in the right direction as to what I needed for my specific ailment. I only give a 4 because of cleanliness, difficulty in finding whats needed due to lack of signage, along with a few other small, but noticeable, imperfections including but not limited too, clutter; feels claustrophobic.
