Cody, the manager, has the sweetest personality and has always been there when Ive needed assistance. He is completely knowledgeable about any questions I have had and I also have noticed that the whole atmosphere at Ralphs is one of cooperation and happy faces. Its a joy to go to Ralphs, which is my favorite place to shop, and to be treated very well with employees who are upbeat and love what they are doing for the customers that shop there! If there were more stars, Id add them. Thank you for allowing the public to comment about the places they go to shop. It is indeed a pleasure doing business at Ralphs on Ventu Rd in Newbury park!!!

I have never been in a major supermarket that was in such bad shape. Out of stock on many items, shelf a mess in most departments and produce that was so bad I declined to shop in the store. This is a real shame, because I used to shop at Ralphs all the time, but no more. I hope it is simply a management issue with this store, Ralphs was my favorite place to shop.

For some reason I always seem to get grouchy/disinterested customer service people at grocery stores. But the guys at Ralphs were all friendly and helpful. The store is fine -- no complaints there. But I was impressed enough by the customer service there to come home and write a review about it, which I never do.

The staff must work hard to keep this store in great shape. Ralphs is the market that always bragged about the number of brands on hand, and Id agree. The competition has, for the most part, caught up but Ralphs still has an edge, it seems.

Pretty good store. Ok hot bar. Salad bar is fresh. Very clean. Always stocked. Always crowded, but quick checkout. Carries a lot of different brands. You wont find the household aisles at this location. Thats on Moorpark.

I like the gas discount and their local/organic produce quality/selection is on the rise. The rest of the store is pretty cramped and the selection not as great as the Ralphs on Moorpark
