Being that this store is a mile away from my house Ive gone there for a few months that weve lived here. There have been a few times where Ive asked a worker where a certain item is and was told wrong isle or that they dont carry it and I would find it later. They dont have a customer service register where you can return something or make a price adjustment. Once an item was rung up for the wrong price, I went to stand in the customer service line and when it was my turn the "manager" did confirm it was the wrong price and told me to go to any register and theyll fix it for me. So I had to go back and stand in line at one of the registers. You have to go to one of the registers to do that. The staff is pretty unfriendly. And very slow. One person in particular has been rude to me on more than one occasion. I dont know how shes even there with her terrible customer service skills. Ive never seen her smile or be nice. JASMINE. I usually try to avoid her register when I go. Oh, and they dont have a pharmacy at this location either. And the parking lot is always full of carts that need to be gathered up. There is one big crack that my cart almost always gets stuck in when I have it full of groceries or especially a baby in the front and I wish they would fix it. Pretty crappy store and staff actually and Id rather drive a few extra miles to go to a different one.

My wife had a very bad experience with rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful staff. When going to purchase baby formula, she was told, "You cannot get it until you check out" in a very rude manner. When checking out, there was no one to give her the formula and the manager on duty was just as rude and acted as if a customer was a burden on her day. Someone needs to let this store #620 (1500 N. Moorpark Road, Thousand Oaks, CA) know that baby formula is regularly purchased and getting it for mothers should NEVER be a burden on employees.

Some of the managers here are very VERY rude. I work for a company that gives food away at multiple Ralphs. This is the worst one because of the terrible managers. They try to tell me how to do my job when I have a manual saying what i should do on each particular day. Ive also seen them be extremely rude to customers who ask simple questions. If I plan on shopping here make sure u dont ask any questions.

We shops here and like it OK, until just now when my husband walked in the door with a cake we didnt order. We went last Thursday to order a cake for my two year old birthday party a cute little yellow and red cake for Daniels tiger and we had the little figures for it. They never even made the cake. Gave us some crappy cake instead. Cant do anything about it now.

It,was very good. The lady that bagged my groceries took them out to my car as loaded them my car. I know they help customers but she was special. I had a shoulder replacement 3 months ago so Im still recovering from surgery. I dont remember her name but I could tell she cares about the customers. Thank you.u

We wanted to give 0 star for our experience. The guy named JEFF was very rude. He looked like the boss of all customers. Who is paying you? Are you paying customers to come shop at your supermarket? You are not the only supermarket in the area. We wont come to spend money at your store again!

I faced one unfriendly staff, she thrown my goods on the plastic bag on July 15th. Be honestly, she might not be that to me if I was local America or Africa American. I think she was aiming to Asian. I suggest Asian to avoid the worst thing I had ever faced.

Pretty great grocery store! They are a bit small but have a large selection of products, plus a nice deli, sushi counter, meat counter, and a fantastic bakery. Also, they always have good sales.
