I walked into your shoe palace location today in Claremont CA. The Service I got was Amazing! I really would like to give credit where credit is due! MGR On Duty Jennifer, & Associate Dajanae, went out of their way to help assist me. They showed me a few different new styles, & offered some shoe care products as well. But their Customer Service was A 10+! Just wanted to take the time to say Thank You to them & I will definitely be back, & refer my friends and family as well. Thanks Again Girls!

Terrible service, some of the employees are rude and have poor customer service skills. Management needs to step it up and hire people that speak properly.
