I cannot believe this company allows such horrible people to work at this store. I walked in with my 2 kids today April 3, 2017 around 11:45 am, looking for shoes for my son. The older white female working there just acted as if we were bothering her. Sent another customer to go home and shop online. So i was the only customer in there. Not once asked if i needed help. My son was being a kid trying to talk to her and all she would do was look the other way and ignore him! Such a rude female! To top it off they had no shoe selection for my son! I decided to take a look at womans shoes on my way out for my self, mind you she was not what so ever interested in helping us in the first section that we were in where she was stocking at. This female "for lack of a better word" went and followed me to the womans section and stood there and stared. I felt her eyes on me so i turned around and stared back. When she noticed i saw here standing there she said "oh i just wanted to see if you needed any help!? This female was racially profiling me and my children! Acting like we were about to steal something. I have never been so uncomfortable in my life! Needless to say this company supports this! I will not be returning there or shopping on there site! Stay away! Be part of the solution not the problem Famous Footwear!

I cannot believe how rude the girl at the counter named Kelly is (of course does not wear a name tag). Very unhelpful, had to prompt her to provide customer service, had a smart mouth that she could not control - cannot believe this company would allow employees to act like her. Horrible person to represent a company would recommend not to shop at this store - the only rating on yelp names this rude employee as well.

This famous footwear is not as big, selection of shoes is limited. They do have restrooms for the public to use. It is clean and well organized.
