Horrible Shoe Store! Bought two pairs of shoes less than 20 days ago and one pair is falling apart. I went into the store and the girls at the counter sent me back to find a pair and they didnt have any so the sales rep girl says why not take a 1/2 size smaller after I explained that I liked the size I had. They said they couldnt order the size I wanted and told me they would give me a store credit but not a refund because I wore them... No Kidding!! how else would I find out that your CHEAP SHOES fall apart after only 20 days and only wearing them about 8 times. They look brand new.... I told them I would go home and get the box and receipt and she said it wouldnt matter.... PEOPLE!! DO NOT USE THIS STORE PERIOD!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ONCE YOU WALK OUT YOU OWN THOSE SHOES!! unless you want to exchange those for another pair of their CHEAP SHOES they will not REFUND PERIOD HORRIBLE i would give them a ZERO but you CANt!! DO NOT USE there are way better shoe stores in Laguna Niguel!
