There wasnt any customer service, I was having trouble trying to find a size for a pair of shoes. There were two employees on the floor and neither of them asked me if I needed help. I finally found the size I was looking for. I went to the counter to pay, the cashier checked the sizes to make sure they were both the same and unfortunately they werent. He asked one of his coworkers to look for the other shoe, she wasnt able to find it until 6 minutes later she figured out that it was the one on display. They wanted to give me the one on display which was dirty and stained from all the customers who have held it before. They could have offered me a discount at least, but that didnt happen. I told the cashier I wanted a refund, so he called his manager. The manager approached me and told me that I had just purchased the shoes, and that why did I want a refund. I told him that they wanted to sell me the dirty shoe on display, and then the cashier said "Im not giving you that one thats the one you want." I did not like his sarcasm at all, and the then the manager just chuckled. Awful experience, I would not recommend this place to any one.

Very bad customer service just called in not to long ago to ask a question and the person who answered was very rude it seem like he didnt want to answer my question like he just wanted to hang up. Very bad customer service i myself work with customers to and to me customers are my number one priority!

Very clean place. Polite employees. The prices are really really high. I found a pair if basic sweatpants here for $47 lol Theres not much to say about this place other than it looks very nice but its very expensive.

I dont like that if the product is on sale I can not use my coupons . Maybe the even charge for using a gift card. Why WSS??? If you providers pay the promo you dont give the costumers the discount. GREEDES.

OVERPRICED SHOES, EVEN THE CLEARANCE WALL SHOES ARE OVERPRICED. AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE LAZY, THERE WAS SHOE BOXES LYING AROUND. VERY DISSAPOINTING, I EXPECTED MORE.
