I wish there was a 2 1/2 star option. In person, I was happy with the service and didnt mind paying a premium for the 990s and a few other items I purchased. However, I recently called to inquire about a specific model and the individual that I spoke to over the phone had terrible customer service; he made me feel like I was burdening him with a simple question. Hell, I would have went there to check out what they had in stock if he had a pleasant attitude and alternative recommendations. I ended up purchasing the shoes I wanted directly from the New Balance website and used my other NB shoes as a reference for the size I needed.

We went there to buy my girl friend shoes and the gal that helped us was extremely helpful. My girl didnt know what she wanted and the new balance employee pulled out the red carpet for her, she sized her feet and scanned them to see what shoes would best work on her feet and then brought out several pairs of shoes. When the shoes needed werent available; without asking the store employee immediately got on the phone to order them. I was impressed and will be going back

The staff are like ok.. idk if it was the other demanding white adult customers - but like I had to like lace my own shoes and really ask for help to get it. In the end I did buy a nice pair of shoes so...
