Came here to do a return from another location with no receipt because I misplaced it. The guy who helped me was totally understanding and didnt accost me for losing my receipt like most retailers do now a days. He looked it up in their POS system (what a crazy concept!) And had me on my way very quickly.

Not much help. Broke my shoes so tram in and asked if they had anything similar. Was told Id have to look and shown the sandal aisles. LOTS of shoes. Finally found something that works in the sale section. Great selection just dont need any help when you go.

Im really surprised to have never heard of this before. It was a World Market, but now it is a DSW. They had an amazing selection of shoes. We went for my wife, but I was surprised to see that had a large selection for men. The prices were surprisingly low.

First time in a dsw i was impressed by prices. Second time and more observant realized that they carry only 3 or 4 brands (men). So if those brands dont fit you well, dont bother.
