I could tell you our full story but it would be longer than the prior story from Sccervantes77! I wish there was a review about this location back in September 2009! I didnt bother complaining on here because I excused it as being an isolated incident. Now that Ive seen Sccervantes77s complaint Im totally convinced that this is the way they do business on a regular basis...almost the same exact complaint we had. Manager treated us with the same disdain as Sccervantes77! Started off with them not wanting to honor a warranty on our shocks and before it was over with they eventually broke our emergency brake and STILL havent replaced it...as if we would let them work on our vehicle EVER again. Some advice...DO NOT GO HERE...SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!

Beware the appliances! We bought a dryer they told us was a floor model. No delivery available on floor models so I had to drive back to Los Banos get my truck and pick it up myself. Got the dryer home and it didnt work. I called Sears and they told me the customer buys open box items at their own risk. What? If I bought something at the flea market I would expect it to work! Anyway, we checked the lint filter and discovered it had been used and returned. Sears put it back out on the floor and sold it, to us, in a non working condition. I had to take it back to Sears where the store manager told me "sorry". There was no effort to compensate me for my time or gas. No recognition that they lied to us. Sears should be ashamed!

Worst Sears store I have ever been to. I went to get the brakes done on my car and the first day they did an inspection I was there for 4 hours, the next day they did the actual brakes and I was there for longer, then come to find out they put a hole in my hood and said they were at fault, after the claims process the adjuster told me that it was my problem to fix and since I had no way to prove it was them that damaged my car I should forget about it. I will never go back they were very rude ignorant, and slow and obviously dont know how to work on cars since my brakes are still bad!

I went shopping to buy my daughter a cotton candy maker as a surprise the lady (Elsa) showed it to her wtf. Then it was priced at $17.99 but rang up at $24.99 and the lady had no clue of what she was doing on how to change the price while June one of her coworkers looked and irritated me with her remarks. I waited 15 minutes for a manager to aprrove it from there HAND HEALD device, REALLY. And to put icing on the cake it was above 75 degrees in the store. Worst experience ever my daughter started sweating from the heat

Waited for a 2 hours to see if my order that I placed was in store already.The machine said it was transferring me then some other person answerd and transferred me.Had to call like 4 times.I was really irritated.The four time I called I told to Young man before he transferd me that I have been trying to get in touch to see if my order was here.And instead of transferring me he helped me.

Yesterday I went to sears and I didnt find any one to help me for half an houre, finally I found some one and I bought cazibo for $204 dollars I took it home and I was trying to put it together for couple minutes and this is what happens it broke from both side, I really dont like their customer service and I dont like their material at all, I never go back and buy any thing from their.

The cashier spent more than 15 min on each customer. Two people were ahead of me and it took more than 30 min. Behind us were 4 people. Everybody in the line were very unhappy and frustrated, but cashier seemingly ignored everybody even after we asked for a manager. After 30 min waiting, we returned the merchandise and left the store. The day was ruined.

I only shop at Sears when there is a massive sale. Other than that, the items are overpriced. Some of the employees need to work on their customer service skills. However, saying this, I shop here often because of the quality of the items and great discounts (when there is one).

Customer service is okay. However I mainly go for the tools. Love Craftsman tools and used to come here with my dad to get tools. Black Friday has great sales on Craftsman tools. Will keep coming. It would be sad to lose Sears. Too many of my childhood places are closed.

They need more cashiers! Ridiculous. And then the one that is the the mens department is just taking forever. Dont know if you can tell from the picture, but there is about 8 people waiting to get checked out. And the cashier just walked off...

STAY AWAY FROM OPTICAL!!!, they will move your appointment around 3-4 times and then not tell you, then blame you for not knowing. theyre typical Sears/Kmart who cant get there crap together and put it on the customer.
