I waited in line to cash my check( been cashing there for 3 years) for 24 minutes. Finally got to front, she wouldnt cash because she said it wouldnt scan. Left went to lodi Walmart cashed. This store has the very worst customer service. Also self checkout has double charged me3 times I didnt run it by twice it scanned once then charged twice. Three different items didnt catch it for a week figured they wouldnt believe me so I ate the 23.00 they stole from me. Closer to home but will never shop at that store again. Should of learned the 1st time as far as Im concerned they dont even get 1 star

Often items are out of stock. Customer service is horible more often than not. Waiting in lines to be told this line is closed, move to the other register . The only other register open to customers of course in a busy store!! And of course its a long line. These stores make ridiculas amounts of money, but cant keep more than one or two registers open at a time even at busy shopping hours!?!?. Boycot these stores until these greedy corporation make changes that actually benifit the paying customers not themselves.

I went to check the status of my online order today July 13 that was supposed to be ready for pick up on the July 11 the walmart employee told me they cant find it but the website said it was in the store so she found it 40 minutes later she said no one put a asn number on it because they where to lazy to do it and check it in if I did not go in the store they would never of called me dont use this store on east March lane for pickup

Been going to this place since it opened. Hours posted say it closes at 11 went there Tonite at 9, the entrance doors were closed had to fight my way in the exit doors most of the lites were off and the shelves were bare very disappointing could not get what I needed had to go to WinCo who were still open an shelves were stocked

Definitely not a super center. They have a little bit of everything so its convenient. They wont do most returns either. I ordered something online and had to return it. After waiting in line for about 40 minutes I was informed that they couldnt help me because they arent a super center

Disappointed....stores a bit small & Im not used to that...couldnt find everything I needed...guess its not the bay area. I hate going to stores expecting to find items and not...especially if its items people use on regular basis.

real helpful friendly staff the guy stocking the meat section went out of his way to look for and find things for me to purchase very appreciated, Im disabled and did not have to ask for help he saw me struggling and offered to.

I went straight in to grab a few things with my mother for her business trip and there was no crowd, the atmosphere was pleasant, and customer service was laid back, but helpful woosah )))) Im done shopping :-/

The so-called manager knows diddly squat about business transactions. If the correct coupon doesnt scan, you key it in. Wow. Thanks again Walmart for the talented professionals...

Convenient. They have a specific selection of brands, but it is Wal-Mart. I come here a lot. Even if I dont want to, I do find what I need here, if i know they have it.

Not a bad selection since the trade off vs the supercenter is a quicker shopping experience! Pharmacy is also very quick. Excellent customer service throughout!
