People and staff are really friendly here! Definitely had everything a Costco should have and shoppers acually use the words excuse me or may I please pass through when shopping, unlike the Costco up in Folsom where we have people give rude looks at you with attitude making you uncomfortable because your cart was blocking there way or something small like that, also waiting in line for the past 30 minutes just to be told that the line youve waited half an hour at is now closing. For me this Costco in Rancho Cordova is worth the drive. Its worth the people, service, and just sanity! Definitely worth the 5 stars.

They have food, clothes, home entertainment items and lots more. They have an independent optometrist available for your vision health as well as an eyeglass and contact lens department that boasts some of the lowest prices on glasses/contacts lens (you have to have a membership). There is a pharmacy that has price matching on most medications if their prices werent the lowest already. Outside they have the always popular $1.50 hotdog or Polish sausage w/ 20 oz drink combo.

Omg how have I missed this Costco? I had to go in on a Friday night for emergency supplies for a kid sporting event. I thought I was in trouble - we avoid our Costco unless its 10 am on a weekday. So I was worried, but it was on the way home from a track meet. Walked in, grabbed stuff, and was second in line. Employees were cheerful, store was gleaming - restrooms were clean and well stocked. Will make the drive every time for a stress free experience. Lovely.

I was just in there today had a great experience... I had a lot of workers asking me if I needed any help... Im in a manual wheelchair ...and they always ask me if I need any help... and I say no... until I get to go to put my groceries away ...and then I need somebody to take it out to my car and put it into my car... but theyre just always really nice in there...always always really nice...

Costco is the best. Very good customer service. My only complaint is the clientele, the customers that hoard around the free sample booths with their entire family and block the isle or those that abandon their shopping cart in the middle of the isle so they can look at something further down. The customers arent always considerate but the staff is which is why I go back.

I went in around 2 pm first time in this particular location. I must say I was shocked to see that there were no long lines and the store was not crowded like the 1 Im use to going close to home. Also parking was a breeze and gas station lines were nothing either. My neighborhood Costco is always crowded no matter the time or day so this was very pleasent.

Nice friendly staff & always clean. However, Costco at this location that I know of & perhaps all their locations, rarely has new varieties of packaged food. Ive seen the same brand packaged food for many years and one can only eat so much of the same food. For that reason alone I cannot give it a perfect score.

Staff is always friendly. Some greet you by name at the entrance, if you are regular customer. Always clean and organized facility. Wish their online website would reflect what is available in store. Also would like to see wider selection of books. Otherwise a great place with tons of good deals.

I love Costco. I would give them 5 stars however their hours are a bit inconvenient the open at 10 am and for catering to business it would be easier if they open early for business people. Its hard to wait until 10 if I need something. Other than that they are great good service and prices.

Really clean Costco, very helpful return desk and employees are quick to help. The eating area is outside unlike many other locations, which is a bad decision for how hot and long the Sacramento summers are. The food and smoothies are also sub-par when compared to other locations.

Its Costco. Everything you like and dislike about Costco is here. Just to let you know, its a little tucked away from major business areas. The bonus is its not as crowded as some of the other locations. Plus- they have an outside food area minus- could use a few more gas pumps.

Wow, I called to see if my teenage kids could use my card to get milk and dog food since Im sick. Annabel specifically said no that the card are not transferable (my kids are under 18 ) Well so much for customer service. I will be canceling my Costco card!!!

10 years later, this is still my favorite Costco. Its not huge but it has everything I need and its usually not crazy busy. They never give you any trouble with returns, unlike Folsom and the staff here is genuinely nicer than other Costco locations.

Typical warehouse store. Inside pharmacy, vision, hearing and automotive tire services. Usually very crowded and there also an outside food service with plenty of seating. Gas station next to street entrance can accommodate 12 vehicles at a time.

This is the worst Costo that Ive ever been too. I had to wait 20 minutes just to get someone to help me get glasses today. Also, the lady that checked me out when I was getting groceries was really rude and didnt even ask how I was doing.

Nice place. They have a food court with cheap hotdogs and pizza that is not member exclusive. The store inside is kept clean and they always offer samples of food. If you want to come in, you have to have a paid membership with them.

The parking lot isnt a pain to navigate through. Its busy but not overcrowded. They are super fast at checkout and the staff is friendly. Smaller than the Roseville and Folsom locations... But I will pick this one every time.

Just ok visit If your help (men) see women struggle at the dog food, offer a hand.. It took two men to move the stromboli machine on dog food aisle. Stopping and waiting on me PS I was there first chivalry is dead

Somewhat hard to find where some things are located, as similar items can be found in more than one location, sometimes with better prices. Lines are fast, despite the crowds. Food court staff is rude and very slow.

Bad customer service....whenever I came to this location it feels like the employees are not happy no greeting or cashier they arent very lively.....I bet management arent that great to begin with the whole issue

The food court has been moved outside so anyone can use it without going in the store. Was there today and everyone was very nice store was well-organized and almost no wait in line , good job Costco employees!

Who does not love Costco? Stop by to get dog food and leave with a kayak. The randomness of the store is crazy. But get it while hot, otherwise, gonesville. Only wish they had Mt. Dew in the food court.

They tried to look through my Gucci back pack when I was leaving after shopping. I dont need to steal anything since Im wearing 1k bag on my back. Sad employees that are not happy for having a job.

My favorite Costco because its has everything that I cant find at Folsom Costco. I switched to the Rancho Costco its a little farther but the customer service is better and the clerks are nicer.
