Every single person on the floor or in the fitting room are completely rude and unfriendly. Would it kill them to smile and say hello or thank you? Because I had to do their job for them. Ive worked over two years at minimum wage $8/hr in the fitting room and if I pulled half that crap as they did I would have been fired on the spot! Its not just at the target in Folsom but also el dorado hills. Im ready to write off target all together and find another store where they appreciate my business.

Im sure Im a bit biased because of my LOVE for all things target, but this is a great store! Well stocked, and they keep up with their online "find in store" stock as well. Ive never had to ask an associate for help, so I cant speak to that, but my cashiers have always been very friendly and give my kids stickers. Parking can sometimes be tight as there is a home goods next door but Ive never had an issue snagging a decent spot.

Cleaner than most target locations. Inventory control on the shelves is terrible; many things in every department in wrong locations, marked as out of stock when they have it in the backroom, or is really out of stock but never ordered because a similar but different thing is completely filling the wrong location. Staff is really nice and outgoing at the front end, but really quiet on the sales floor.

Long lines and terrible management. Manager and employees are leaving early as more and more people are getting in line. Went from 5 check stands to 2. The manager was kind enough to point me to a check stand where a persons card was declined several times and I was warned it would be a while. Who ever the bald headed black lady is needs to be fired because she cant manage her check stands.

The salami and the salad dressing I purchased here were both expired. Dont bother shopping food in their slim grocery selection, apparently no one else does... Its all old and I guess their employees would rather sell it than take it off the shelves. Disgusting and dangerous. I wont be back even to purchase non food items.

Clean, plenty of parking, helpful employees. Starbucks inside, good not great Starbucks, plenty of seating. Target shopping carts are what all the other stores should follow, no bad wheels, no or sharp cuts, good size. In the end, it is a Target though done the way its supposed to.

same experience every time, easy to locate items and if youre lucky, youll find a worker who can help you. very little options for groceries, and never new items in that category. slightly expensive, even for Folsom. gets your shopping list done if its simple.

Target is the only departmental store I go shop most of my stuff .. Its clean and easy access .. Yeah at times long lines but I still prefer over Walmart .. They always do price match , accept coupons no problem .. So thats the only store for me ..

Its been awile since i shipped at target. There was a lady near by to help us and my husband asked if she can help us find a product and i said its a Sun sceen for hair and she found the product for me that I wanted and the right brand righ away

Typical Target; typical layout. Place is usually clean. Has a bit of everything. Closed the gardening dept, so secondary entrance way is closed which slows things down getting in and out. Staff usually knows where everything is b/c of radios.

It is clean and well lit. Sadly Target is supporting LGBT stuff and transgender so ya might not want to come. Also there is not always a ton of lanes to check out in, but recently they have installed self checkout which is nice.

I think this store is pretty neat. They have good prices as well. I am disappointed that they closed the garden department. It is also hard to find convenient parking at this location. I also like the Starbucks inside.

Everyone is friendly; excellent customer service and love that every thing is easy to find. A few times the cashiers offered their cartwheel app when my Tots were watching a movie on mine.

OMG this store is da bomb! Best store in town by far!!!!! The pretzels from the Pizza Hut are the GOAT. The store is quite clean. My one complaint is that the staff could be more friendly.
