I went to this Costco on my way home from work to get something. A guy walks in before me and the lady at the door doesnt ask to see his member card. I walk up and suddenly she asked to see my member card. I show it to her, go to find what Im looking for and theyre sold out so I go to leave the store and that same woman is still there. I walked out of the store and suddenly hear her saying, "Sir! Sir! Excuse me Sir!" Im thinking she must not be talking to me because Im not a man. Then I hear "Sir in the black! Oh miss in the Black" I turn around like what the, and gave her a funny look. Then she tells me she needs to check my bag. I walk back, looked her straight in the face an asked her "Are you serious!? What you think I stole something!?" She starts saying that its store policy, they check all bags, purses, and cases when someone leaves the store." However I saw plenty of other people leaving he store without being stopped and frisked. But I open my bag just to prove that I didnt steel anything. Im mixed but I look black, the lady that stopped me twice was white, and the guy she let in the store without question was also white. I rarely say things like this but this whole situation reeked of discrimination and was very humiliating to me. I will Never Go to This Location Again!

A Pre-Apcolipic Scene where its every man for themselves with free samples along the way to give you strength and stamina to do battle! (Advised not to wear flip flops). During the course of this tall wall human maze; you shall be distracted by bulk goods and other shinny temptations. However, you shall battle the greatest demon in Costco which is yourself. If you give into your inner demon, you may fall penniless. At the end of the maze, you could be questioned by 3-5 Keepers (there leader is named Matt) they will make a desprate attempt to convince you that youre a Champion and to upgrade your membership to an Executive Level... This too is a trap, youll find yourself at the beginning of the maze more often than usual. If youre able to resist all of this clever and cunning tricks; the Costco will make a last and final attempt to lure you in with large portions of food at very low prices.... But it doesnt end here... Lastly, your 4th amendment will be violated with an illegal search from an ordinary person who is currently under the control of The Costco... Good Luck.

Worst Costco Ive ever been too. That staff is incredibly rude with attitude, the shoppers are all idiots and block up the section. I waited in the check out line for 30 minutes and right when the person in front of me reached the register the worker said that they were closing out that check out line because he wanted to go on his break and apperently no one in there staff would want to take this register so I had to wait in another check out line now hoping that this checkout like doesnt suddenly close out on me too or anything. Finally walk out to my car and then I see a unattended cart leave a huge dent on the right rear side of my car... this all literally happened in one visit! Please please please! I advise you to never go here! This place is filled with rude careless people, theres even people in the parking lot blasting music! If I were to go to Costco I would drive all the way down to Rancho Cordova because its a lot calmer there since most of the people there are a lot more friendly than here and there staff is so nice!

Costco is on my love it list. I tend to buy everything from Costco i.e. Salmon, chicken, toothpaste, books for nieces, appliance, furniture, etc. The list is never ending. Heres the best part of Costco, their return policy. They will return the merchandize if you are not happy with their product without any questions. They refund full cash. People wonder why I shop at Costco even though in my household is just my fiancé and I. So the answer is simple, its cheaper to buy things in bulk instead of small quantities the imperishable items. Also, their appliance and other products are cheaper than other stores. The store always offers free sampling and whenever Im hungry, I take like three or four. I love the store and my fiancé is always scared to take me there because our bills always run up over $100 each time were in the store.

My Costco membership expired about a year or more ago. My family and I have gone into many different Costcos for the sole purpose of enjoying their food court , without membership. (Hot dog or pizza) Today my six year old son and I were turned away and denied entrance to our normal hot dog purchase. Both door personnel were very rude! Too bad big conglomerate corporations could care less about the little purchasers...even if they are only 6 years old. Guess rules are rules. This will be the last time I speak kind words about Costco Hot-dogs. Looks like the local gas station dogs will get our business from now. Good riddens Costco!

My rating has to do with my specific complaint I have a specific complaint: Costcos excellent egg supplier has turned to impossible flimsy containers. If one happens to have arthritis forget about opening the carton without help. My wife and I visit Folsom Costco about every six weeks and spend from $400-$500 each time. SO!, it is sad to get home (a distance of 50 plus miles) to discover a quarter of the eggs have broken along the way. Please consider asking your supplier to switch back to BIODEGRADABLE packaging. The current containers will remain in the landfill until hell freezes and beyond!! Jack

The worst thing about this store is the shoppers. Folsom people are incredibly rude. They stop and talk, blocking the isles. They stop very sudden, and turn their carts so nobody can get by, and then act like they dont see anyone stranded. I have given up being polite, and now I just ram peoples carts. They leave their carts in empty parking spots. Too lazy to return to one of the many close by stalls. Plus, they move stuff around constantly. Making it hard to just run in for what you need, without doing a couple laps, to see where they hid everything.

If you value your time and dont want to spend it shopping around Costco while waiting for their tire service, you might want to go somewhere else. I took my Pathfinder in to have the tires rotated and one tire repaired. After 1 hour of shopping, I checked back with the tire people and was told the tire needing repair was not repairable. This is a very busy place, so expect to spend a lot of time.

The customers here are THE WORST. Once you walk in, its like its the days leading up to a holiday because everyone is out for blood. The store and the employees themselves are fine, but they do nothing to instill any manners in the customers. I cant count the times Ive been run into and gotten dirty looks from it. Be on your guard, people become monsters in here.
