Biggest Walmart Ive visited, so the size is more than welcome. Staff is friendly, selection is just what youd expect from a Walmart, nothing more, nothing less. Thats the good stuff. The less than good stuff...its characteristically understaffed. Long lines and waits, which is ok when you have the time to be patient, but if youre an impatient person who needs to buy a large load, Id go somewhere else, especially on a weekend. Parking is sufficient, but could very much be better; it gets very chaotic. I dont recommend using the money center. Lines are usually very long since there isnt enough staff. Depending on when they clock in, they may clock out early, leaving anyone who comes in near closing of the money center (9) out of luck. Call ahead in order to make sure they stay there until theyre technically supposed to. Also, I attempted to cash my check there once just to try it out, and their machine couldnt read the check. The guy gave me some excuse as to why, however my bank has never had a problem, so I believe it is just the second-rate machines. Good prices, good selection, large, but very hectic and I would wager to bet that youll have at least one negative experience. But dont shy away, its worth it to check it out if youre on a budget.

I love this Wal-Mart. Though there is one closer to where I live, I find this particular store cleaner and more of a peaceful location to be at. I love that this has self-checkout lanes and the lines are never excruciatingly slow or long.. I went to the Auto Center to get my oil changed and have them check out a clanking noise after having my tires replaced at a different Wal-Mart, and they discovered a bolt that had come loose; which could have claimed the lives of my children and myself had it been driven any longer.. Thanks to their care and concern for our lives over the bottom dollar, we were able to rectify the situation and drive safely home. I also enjoy Auntie Annes Pretzels almost everytime I come here. I love that I can get my nails and eyebrows done, shopping and eat in one swoop. The staff appear to be a little more knowledgeable than other locations Ive been to. I dont mind the drive for a better quality shopping experience.

The store is generally ok , but they are getting ready to close and move over to their new store so staff is limited especially in the evening. My experience with the customer service last night told me something about a Walmart policy I never knew about, I wanted to return an item with my receipt the cost of the item was $177.00 I had looked up the return policy prior to this and by all that is written should have been able to return it. I was told that now most of the stores have decided to make it policy to not allow a return of more than $50.00 or more unless you take it to the original store where I purchased it. I told the I wasnt aware of this and I wouldnt make it back in time before the customer service closed there. Didnt matter so its still in my trunk. I dont think this fair and I think I should take it up with their corporate what does everyone think has this happened to you?

Most retail stores often talk about providing excellent customer service but often lack on achieving it. This Walmart location has met the high quality standards of what excellent customer service is. The staff and managers are amazing! Store manager Christina and assistant store manager Sam are super friendly and very helpful! Sam helped me with a store pick up regardless of the inconvince and hectic long line at the customer service Department. He went out of his way to help me and get me on my way right before leaving town that night. The cashiers are very nice and helpful too. I have not encountered a cashier with a negative attitude. They always have an upbeat and positive attitude with a smile on their face. This store has set the bar high on achieving and providing excellent customer service. Thank you store# 01789 for providing a friendly and memorable shopping experience.

The young ladies that work in the cosmetic dept. Have been so helpful and nice and I love shopping at this Walmart because they are always so sweet. I have found some good products from them giving me information on them . And the self check lady I just love her she has given me some info on saving money through savings catcher. Everyone there except a couple people are very nice. Theres a few who gossip and talk about customers and then laugh about it. They are rude and I dont care for them. So I stay away from them.

HORRIBLE. Staff is completely rude, none of the workers act like they want to be there, only 1/4 of the lanes are ever open.. I went 2 nights ago and it took 37 minutes to check out, and there was only 3 people in front of me!!! Went again today to get a mailing envelope, and the girl, I think her name was Juliana, didnt even greet me, and didnt say a single word, even when I left. Will not be going back there. Would rather shop somewhere else where the staff is helpful and friendly.

This was my first time in this Wal-mart in Lodi..and when you walk in the door..you instantly got a WOW! factor..it looks like this store is pretty new for it was super clean. Staff was walking around and jump right out to assist you (and the was good since I was lost in this very, very big store) What I found interesting there was a price difference at the checkout and the staff made sure we got the Walmart Online price and that was very cool. Over all this was very, very good.

I went to the Walmart in Lodi CA to buy an apt size fridge. Your associate David was so helpful. He came out if his department to not only find out if the had the fridge I wanted he brought it to the front and Chris helped my sister put it in the car. Very service oriented associates. This is a new Walmart for us and its run very well. My hats off to management if this location. Thanks for the excellent service!!

The staff here (unlike some walmarts) is actually really good. They care about customers, are very helpful, and for the most part are knowledgeable in their departments. The new store is SO MUCH larger than the old one (across the street) its nice to be able to maneuver a shopping cart and not be constantly moving out of another shoppers way. I really like the new store and find the staff very professional.

A Splendid Walmart. Large, lots of stuff, a good layout. I visited Placerville Walmart today and Im from the Central Valley and have never visited this store before this visit. I got in the store, found what I was looking for and the Check-Out Team helped me get to an aisle for a quick checkout. I felt at home in the store and everything was swell. What more could I possibly ask for?

Today, the workers were very rude. I asked a lady where the children cups were located and she straight up told me if there not out, then there out and that I should ask someone else because shes too busy for me. Then, when leaving, the guy who highlights youre receipt told me that stealing is wrong when I headed towards the restroom. The place is clean, but people just stuck here.
