It has been over a month and they have STILL NOT PAID OFF the loan on the car that I have traded in to them yet. On November 22, 2015, I traded in my car that I still have payments on for another car over there. We signed all documents stating I downed $2,000 along with a trade in and they were going to do a pay off the loan of $5,800 for my car. With all the paperwork done I drove off with the car thinking they are going to pay off the loan for the car I traded in to them. I called them a few days before my loan due date (December 6, 2015) to make sure that they paid it off and they assured me they already had it taken care of. A week later, I received a letter from my bank stating that I was late on my car payment for December and I will be marked delinquent and my credit will go down if I do not pay it asap. I thought Auto Resources paid off the loan on the car I traded in, so I called multiple times and they kept stalling time by telling me that: A) They were going to call me back about it, B) The "owner" is not back from lunch, or C) That they are taking care of it. My next due date for that car is today, January 6, 2015, and they have still not given me an answer. Why am I still paying off the loan for a car that is not in my possession and that I already traded in for a month ago? I gave them a 24 hour notice to pay the car or else I will have to file a claim against them. Also, I told them I will personally drive one hour over there just to pick up a copy of the receipt they will be sending out to our lenders. This did the trick as they quickly snap a photo the receipt and saw that my fiance and I did follow up on our words to show up at the dealership. The lenders did receive the payoff amount, BUT a day later, I received a letter from Auto Resources stating that I owe them money on the car registration. Why did they wait over a month to ask me to pay for the car registration? After I gave them an ultimatum on the payoff, they finally decided to do things the right way. I told them, I will not pay $296 for the registration because they still have to reimburse me the money I had to pay my lender for the late payment on the car I traded in. I talked to OLGA (the person in charge of the finances in Auto Resource and the one you should talk to) and told her I will only pay the difference. I told her to send me a receipt of it to keep as proof. Never trade in your car to this shady dealership. Its not worth the headache and money you will lose in the long-run. Always ask for paperwork to keep as proof and evidence. If you do decide to trade in your car that you still have payments on, on the trade-in paper agreement, write down a time frame for them to pay off your car loan! People involved in this mess: Juan, Chad, and Olga. UPDATE: If you notice, there are many 5 star ratings from other consumers. If you checked the dates, they were ALL written within a week after me. Suspicious much? Also, they sound like they got paid to write a review. (Not to mention those other ratings from over a month ago with no detailed description of their experience.)

Wish i could put a Zero, went a few months back never bothered to write my experience, until now because of what happened to my buddy recently. I went to look for a truck and i seen something i liked and went to negotiate a deal and i felt completely disrespecteded, I wasnt too convinced of buying that day. I might have gone back later to buy if they had something where i felt comfortable paying for years to come, but after brutal high pressure pitch I had no intention of returning. complete b.s that if i walked away I would not be able to get as good of deal again, they even put there hands on my shoulder to stay seated to listen to what they had to say, after that, I was done being there. I was actually refereed by a buddy of mine who bought there and he got repod recently he committed to a car he couldnt afford, he lost his tax money and ruined his credit. They will bury you into a car and pressure you to buy a car you cant afford and ruin your credit. I sincerely would have bought a car there if i felt they had something i could have lived with paying for next couple of years, Seems they just wanted my 2k down and another 1000 in payments on a down payment. and take me for every penny I had

I bought a car in January from this dealership and have had nothing but bad issues with them. Within the 30 days of buying the car my rear window stopped working. When I called the dealership to fix this they said they were going to order the part and they NEVER called me back. On top of the fact that I was going to have to take a day off of work to drive from Visalia to Merced to have the window fixed. My window is still not fixed!!! Now its been well over a month since I have bought my car have been pulled over twice by the cops asking me where are my plates and I called the dealership to ask about my plates, and I was told I was going to have to drive from Visalia to Merced to get my plates. This is ridiculous and I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau. I was NEVER told that I had to pick my plates up from the dealership, now I have to take day off of work just because of this.

I have to say this is the best dealership I have been too. I generally dont trust 3rd party dealerships but I put all my faith in Jameel and I have to say he hooked it up! I went car shopping for a 335i for about two weeks trying to get a good deal but I felt like every BMW dealership kept trying to screw me over. When I came across this place I took a shot and asked if they could find me a better deal. Jameel quickly went to work and found me a great deal by the next day. He found exactly what I was looking for at a price no dealer could beat! He was very professional and friendly. If anyone is looking for a car this is the place!
