I had the absolute worst experience. I went in to look at a Jeep which I had already made up my mind that I was going to purchase it. Well, when I walked into the lot no sales reps greeted me even though I parked right in front of the building and went straight to the Jeep. I had to walk to where they were standing all in a group and ask for assistance (which I didnt really mind that because for all I knew they could have been having a quick meeting). When I asked for assistance one of the sales reps (for the life of me I cannot remember his name or if he had even given it to me) looked and me and said "That Jeep isnt here" nothing more; I told him that it was in fact on the lot because I just looked at it. He lazily looked around and said "Oh, it is here" then walked over to it with me. At this point I was pretty much done with my interaction with the dealership but because I had made my mind up about buying the Jeep I still went with him and attempted to talk to him about it. I asked him what they were asking, how much miles, and pretty much just the basic questions any potential buyer would ask; he knew, nothing about the Jeep and when I asked if he knew what kind of engine it had he and I quote, said "It has the 4.7L in it" I looked at the engine and what do I see? A big 2.4L staring right at me. I again let his ignorance and laziness slide and then said to him if I was going to buy this what kind of deal can we work out? He told me "Nothing" I said so $12000 and nothing less. I then told him what KBB, Edmunds, and NADA said a comparable Jeep was going for. Once I said that he got mad and said "Well, then go find a Jeep at that price and buy it," he then slammed the hood down and walked away. All I have to say now is that he lost a solid buyer, I was willing to throw money at him and he lost it. Needless to say I will not be going back there nor will I endorse any of my Soldiers or friends to go there if they need a vehicle.

Bought a used truck from them just for the purpose of pulling my new camper, they sent tons of pictures and told me how their mechanics combed over this truck 110%. Had it shipped to California and when I got it, the belt was shredded, there were no functioning front brakes, every tire was mismatched. No big deal. I paid for it and moved on with my business. Then, while towing the camper to Tahoe, the truck loses power and wont go over 35mph. I took it to Midas, then to Ford, both said the same thing -- the engine is toast. Number 5 and 6 cylinder have been gone for a while. Called Lee Peterson and got the "oh, boy, well geez we wish we could do somethin for ya, but you know, these used vehicles, well, dont ya know, they just sometimes arent too good to ya, but geez; pretty sure we offered ya a warranty but too bad you didnt take it." .... No warranty was offered. No help was offered. The vehicle was a far cry from what they told me. I know Im an idiot for trusting the salesman. But seriously? I have a $200k Audi r8; a $80k BMW; a $40k wrangler with about $20k of upgrades, a brand new camper, property in the mountains, a $55k jet boat in Florida, toys all over the place, 4 businesses... Do you NOT think id buy the warranty? For what... $1,000... $2,000? Thats less than I spent on renewing my domain names this month. Absolutely ridiculous, scumbag dealership. The good news is... Washington has a law where all used cars have an implied warranty as long as the value and the year make sense for what is paid. .... This is why I got a lawyer. Probably for more than the cost of the pretend warranty. Good job guys. You made a couple of bucks. Too bad youre scumbags.

I been meaning to give a review but got a little busy...Anyway it seems as if everytime I take my car in for an oil change which has been the only reason I go there something goes wrong, whether it be that they take a up to four hours or so to do an oil change or they dont connect something properly and then I have to take it back or I get it back with something leaking which is what happened this last time, So I ended up taking it somewhere else to have them find what was leaking and it had to do with the oil filter hmm...the last people that did any work on my car was Lee Peterson. Im done with this place! I will no longer be going back.

Lee Peterson Motors is a perveyor of professionalism. The business is clean and neat with a feeling of friendliness and trust. There is no high mindedness when salespeople approach a potential buyer. Twice I have gone for a simple oil change and came home the proud owner of another GM vehicle! They are that good! The service department personnel are friendly, competent and make you feel that you and your vehicle are very special. I am so pleased with my experience and intend to purchase my next vehicle at Lee Peterson Motors.

My husband and I went in to buy a used car. We worked with Jesse and he was fantasic. Very personal and accommodating to our family, which included a tired 1 year old baby. He found us the perfect family car and made us feel so comfortable. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is because when we went across the street to do the paperwork we had to wait for over 2 hours. I would recommend Jesse to my friends and family.

Just bought a 2015 f150 sport model, could not be happier. The entire staff was awesome. Not the typical four hour tour, we were in and out in an hour. Would not hesitate to do business with them again.
