I have never been treated with such disrespect! I came in today to print out a 8 page document. It printed as 50 page document with blank pages. First they didnt confirm, with Print Preview how many pages it would be and if it was comparable with their software. I was nice and said sorry but Im not paying for this as on the attracted file I sent it said 8 pages. He got very angry really fast and said, "So I have to eat these charges!" I said well you should have checked and confirmed with me first. Then his coworker confused me with another customer and accused me of giving them the wrong printing files before! I was so shocked by the anger and unprofessionalism of this company.

These people are so helpful. If they dont have it, they will try and order it or tell you where you might be able to find it in the area. The staff is always pleasant and smiling. Ive been doing business there for more years than I care to count and will continue to. Also, their selection of greeting cards is quite large and varied.
