On Sunday at 1:30 in the afternoon I came in to grab two small items. There were a few customers in the store, but they were in no way slammed. I stood in line behind a customer, but when I was up to pay the sales associate left the counter without saying anything to me. She went on to help a different customer find a part. I figured that he must have been there before me. I continued to wait. At this point I still had not even been acknowledged by the sales staff. I know that I had been seen by the three staff members working, but not one even said "hey. Well be right with you. After fifteen minutes of standing there, watching customers walk straight in the door and immediately get help I decided that I would rather spend my money at an establishment that understands how to provide customer service to all customers.

They acted as if they were annoyed by customers asking questions. They were very rude to a lady who asked where they were keeping wheel covers. Their answer: " look in the back over there" one guy was typing stuff in the computer the other one reading a magazine. Never going back again.

In and out fast.Open later then other auto stores. Staff was very helpful and didnt try to sale you a bunch of crap. They also give a 10% military discount. Which is great.

a little slow on customer service sometimes but always helpful. and open late on sundays is a plus. a good selection of cleaners, oils, tools, and many other things too.

Serviceable knowledge from the staff and I typically find what I need. They need a larger staff though as lines back up when theres more than two people being helped.

Horrible service been here 5 times and they act like their at a club and avoid people in line very un-organized never coming back !!! Dont recommend to anyone
