Reporting to BBB..I purchased an oil dip stick to my Audi TT 2008 and this company RPM Auto Parts place item in box with no bubble rap and in a smaller box where the item was exposed and the result was it was delivered by USPS indicating that they care but the item was no wrapped adequately by the vendor ref:RPM Auto Parts Stockton CA. All I wanted was reimbursement but this company didnt not car for customers satisfaction or service...go figure California based location with underpaid employees who dont care.
