~ Stay Away... Appraisal... ~ Stay Away... I have never experienced a worse customer service in my life. I have had many things appraised before and have ever experienced anything like this... I went there to get a simple 1 ct diamond ring appraised, the guy took my ring handed it it someone else to look at than starting working on a watch. Came back 15 min later and asked me if I could come back tomorrow to pick up the appraisal. What ? I have done many appraisals and they do them in 10-15 min flat. Than he said or give me $5 and I will mail it to you. I dont want you waiting around. So unhappily I said I would pick it up in the next couple days when Im in the area. He called me that night and said he forgot to take a picture of the ring and if I could come back in. When I got there again some helper took at picture of the ring than he walked over and asked me can I come back in 2 or 3 hours to pick up the appraisal. Finally I asked are you serious? What would take any Jeweler 15 min he wanted me to invest 3-5 hrs of my time. This place just feels shady I will probably pay for another appraisal. You get what you pay for in life and this place is a fail. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED...

I took in two rings to have sized. One was my wifes engagement right that we had re-sized two other times in the past and still had problems with. Virgina helped work up a better solution than cutting the ring again and the result was much more secure on her finger. They also re-sized my wedding band down a quarter size by compressing, rather than cutting it. Both pieces came back professionally polished. The labor wasnt the cheapest of the shops I checked with in West LA, but it was reasonable and I was happier with the end product than when I have had rings re-sized elsewhere. I would recommend them again.

I went to get my watch batteries replaced and they did it in a fast, efficient time. Friendly workers and good service. My go-to place whenever i need any repair for my watch. They sell cool antique watches too!
