Having read the previous negative reviews, I had to leave a great review. This is a small family owned store that I have been going to for years. They have been beyond helpful and have even made me custom pieces so I get exactly what I am looking for. Worked with me on the price too. In addition, the repairs are excellent. I even trusted them with my grandmothers hundred year old pocket watch. Get over the initial bluntness and language issues, these are really good and kind people that know what they are doing.i highly recommend thrm.

I called to see if they were able to help size a finger & measure a diamond with a mm gauge, I was cut off and told the jeweler wasnt in. I said it didnt matter if the jeweler wasnt in, it doesnt take a jeweler to hand a client a ring sizer or pull out a mm gauge and measure a stone. Whoever the snit is that answered the phone might want to check her customer service skills before she talks to another client. How embarrassing it would have been to have recommended this place to a friend & have him been treated the way I was.

Small family owned business. The father is the jeweler and really know what he is doing. A little hard to understand, but fantastic craftsmanship! Got my ring resized, a watch repaired and charms put on my bracelet. Would recommend!

Extremely rude older woman and overpriced!!! I went in for a watch battery replacement and I was able to find someone that would do it for a lot less! I would NEVER do business with rude people!!!! Customer service is a must!
