My experience with this place was very different than what else is posted here. I had three items to sell and made an appointment at Beverly Hills Jewelers. I showed up on time but the fellow I had the appointment with came 30 minutes late. Offering no apologies for making me wait around, he inspected my three items, suggested one of them was a knock off (its not), and then tried VERY hard to get me to set the price. I knew what the items cost -I was interested in what he would offer! In the end, he offered me $3000 for all three items, and told me I could call him if I got a better offer. I went from his store to two others in Santa Monica (Yale and Kurt), who offered me $6800 and $6900 respectively. Both Yale and Kurt were professional and a pleasure to deal with. I didnt bother calling BH Jewelers back because I didnt appreciate the lowball offer they made.

MY HUSBAND WENT TO BEVERLY HILLS JEWELERS AFTER I HAD MY LAST CHEMO. HE BOUGHT A VERY EXPENSIVE DIAMOND TO PUT IN A RING I ALREAY HAD. IT DOES HAVE A NICE COLOR, AND HE BELIEVED ALL THE BULL HE GOT FROM THE SALES STAFF ABOUT HOW PERFECT THE STONE WAS. WELL. I NEVER PUT THE RING ON MY FINGER AFTER CANCER, AND I DECIDED TO SELL THE DIAMOND. WENT TO THREE PLACES, AND WAS TOLD IT WAS A LAZERED DIAMOND AND WORTHLESS. THE LADY AT THE STORE IS RUDE AND THESE PEOPLE TO ME REALLY ARE NOT NICE TO SELL SOMETHING TO MY HUSBAND FOR SUCH A HIGH PRICE WHEN IT IS NOT WORTH EVEN A QUARTER OF THE PRICE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO BEVERLY HILLS TO SEE THESE PEOPLE WHO IN MY WORDS ARE DISHONEST. THE LADY IS RUDE AND THEY ARE NOT GOOD PEOPLE. CHECK YOUR DIAMONDS AND SEE IF THEY ARE WORTH WHAT YOU PAID.

Two weeks ago, I came to Beverly Hills Jewelers to buy my girlfriend an engagement ring. I will be honest, I had no idea what I was doing. But when I came in, the lady helping me educated me so much about diamonds and what I should be looking for. I was so happy that she helped me. I ended up getting my girlfriend a 3 Carat cushion cut diamond engagement ring. The price was so great- I couldn’t even believe it. The lady helping me told me that I can upgrade if we ever want, and as a newly wed that makes me feel so secure. My girlfriend is now my fiancé! She said yes! She was in tears of how beautiful the ring is. Now we are going to come in together and pick out wedding bands. Thanks Beverly Hills Jewelers.

I highly recommend this place. my mom bought many jewelry from there before and she told me to go there and look for some diamond studs, i went there last week, they really have one of the best selection and design and all kind of quality for the lowest price you could ever find out, specially that they gave me an additional discount for valentines. honestly its a best place to go buy your diamonds and Jewelery, as my mom always say once you go there, you wont go anywhere else, thats what happened to me too and Im glad I found about them. they also offer free cleaning and polishing and i could always upgrade my diamond stud and trade them in for a bigger one, which i think is amazing. highly recommended!!!

It was the first time I came to the jewelry store and I have heard good things about the place but I wanted to see for myself, I must say Beverly hills Jeweler has a huge variety of pieces to choose from, I found exactly what i wanted and they literally felt like family, Gave me exactly what I wanted and I made someone very happy that day because it was a beautiful gift... Ive never felt so comfortable buying something. I did a lot of research of what I wanted and got some quotes on similar pieces, overall. Beverly Hills Jewelers had the best quality piece I was looking for and it was the cheapest price i could find, like i said i felt like family.

Dont let the name and address make you believe this place is overpriced. In fact, its just the opposite. Their prices on diamond & other jewelery is as good if not better than many places claiming to be discount jewelery stores. The big difference is quality. You will be hard pressed to find a better selection of quality diamond jewelery at very reasonable prices ANYWHERE in Southern California. I will certainly shop at Beverly Hills Jewelers again. I came here to buy a ring for my wife. They sold it to me for over 40,000 dollars. She is now dead. I had the ring appraised. The appraiser said it is worth only 2,000 dollars because it is enhanced. While the paperwork says the ring is enhanced, they sold me a 2,000 dollar ring for 38,000 more than what is was worth!!! Stay away from BH Jewelers!!!
