I have been a client of Premier Jewelers of Costa Mesa for over a decade. I entrust Jack with all of my horological needs. Just this year alone, he has repaired, cleaned, serviced, and overhauled pieces in my watch collection namely my Girard Perregaux Traveller II, (not everyone can handle a mechanical watch with a second time zone and an alarm) an older GP from the 60s which he was able to source a crown with corresponding karat, and an even older Bulova from the 20s, etc. Jack is also a very talented jewelry designer. A few years ago, Jack not only designed, but donated a pair of stunning earrings to one of my charity events at the Balboa Bay Club. They fetched a handsome price toward a noble cause, and was one of the more notable items in the auction. Jack and his entire family are lovely and caring people. They certainly care about the community. I highly recommend Premier Jewelers for all of your watches and jewelry needs.

I was referred to Premier Jewelers by a friend of mine, extremely knowledgeable in horological matters. I had recently acquired a unique Italian diver watch that, for reasons unknown to me, just stopped running. Premier Jewelers quickly diagnosed the problem: a rare spring was required to get the watch functioning again. Premier was able to source the part, replace it, then service and overhaul the watch. Ugh, just please remove some links from a new watchs watchband. Please? After careful examination, and kind yet clear explanation that the arrows on the links show where to remove the links, I paid in the morning and returned in the afternoon, as wed agreed, to pick up the watch. "Oh, not ready and we are closing". I could add other context (didnt take out the number of links wed agreed to, when I picked up the next week), but do yourself a favor and my neighborhood one too: let this skeleton of a store die peacefully, its owners retire.
