First off, let me start by saying, I have never been able to find adequate help in regards to maintaining and fixing a beloved necklace and other articles of jewelry that I own. The pieces I own have generally been tough to repair and require great finesse, skill and overall knowledge to not only repair them seamlessly, but keep them looking beautiful as well. That being said, Padani Jewelers is definitely a diamond that shines bright in a sea of sub-par jewelry establishments and businesses. It is a charming family owned and operated business and carries with it a warm and welcoming sense of comfort upon walking into its humbly elegant interior. The owner, Simone, is nothing short of a master jeweler, his knowledge and passion clearly evident in everything he does, from his original assessments to the fully realized end product. Though they are important factors, it is not merely the efficiency and craftsmanship that is so impressive to me, it is also his welcoming, kind and caring personality and the fact that he wants to take care of the person and not just the jewelry. The store is located in a wonderfully walk-able part of Studio City that makes it extremely accessible to get to and and a fun area to walk around in the meantime. Overall, I could not recommend the store, Padani, or the wonderful Tabibian family that runs it, enough. You can bet that I will absolutely utilizes their services for any future repairs or purchases in the future and would call everyone I know plum crazy for not wanting to do the same for their jewelry. Hands down a 10/10 experience for me!

This new gem of a jewelry store is positively PHENOMENAL! First of all, the ambiance and customer service are second to none. When you walk into Padani Jewelers, you walk into a welcoming haven of luxury. The care and attention to detail the owners have put into this place was apparent from the moment I stepped inside. The owners, Simone and Dalia, are incredibly knowledgable, and they have such a warm presence. They immediately stopped what they were doing to show me around and answer my questions. Ive never learned more about jewelry than I did the day I walked into Padani, and that is a true statement. Before I left, they cleaned my necklace AND repaired my watch for me. I couldnt have asked for better service or a better store experience. P.S. -- The Padani Jewelers music selection? ON POINT! And, if you can tear your eyes away from the glistening, innovative selections in their carefully considered display cases, Im sure youll be impressed with their stellar choice of decor!

Padani Jewelers is simply the best and classiest jewelry store on Ventura Blvd! They are so friendly and very in spirit of the neighborhood- I really got the feeling they genuinely wanted to help me and solve my problem... Which was that a neighboring jewelry store had changed the battery on my water resistant watch and broken the gasket inside. In the shower the watch filled up with water and was unusable. On instinct I went into Padanis (its a lovely looking store) instead of back to the store which had ruined it, and at Padanis they listened, fixed it, cleaned it and pressure tested it. They were polite, kind, respectful and quick. They have a really beautiful selection of jewelry so it wasnt hard to spend time there while they diagnosed. Thank you Padani! I can definitely recommend you. :)

A few years ago a malachite fell out of an an individually designed beautiful golden ring with diamond and I was desperate for a solution for the ring - until I visited Padani Jewelers! Not only offered they great service for a watch before, but showed me a beautiful big opal which fit perfectly into the ring and we quickly got to an agreement. The way the ring turned out with the new opal is spectacular and I got many compliments on my "new" ring. I highly recommend Padani Jewelers for their expertise, craftsmanship and especially for the very friendly and perfect dedication to their customers. Padani Jewelers will remain my first "goto" address when it comes to jewelry and watches.

I couldnt rave enough, about the professionalism, care and kindness I recieved at this jewelry store. I brought a very expensive watch to them that I had purchased second hand, that I wanted them to authenticate, replace the battery and do an engraving for my fathers birthday. They not only got the watch working, they did the most beautiful engraving job Ive ever seen, at an extremely reasonable price. The owner, Simone, and his son Justin couldnt have been more courteous and honest. Love them! Theyre Knowledge, friendly, trustworthy and they always go above and beyond to take care of us. My family and I have visited them three times so far and every time we had the best experience with them. They listen to exactly what we want and give us options accordingly! Theyre not product pushers! And they care so much about their customers, that they even talked my mom out of buying something that wasnt right for her! They are an amazing addition to the studio city family. They can custom make jewelry, order any brands you could want, and have a vast election of watches! Highly highly recommend this business.
