WORST RETURN EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I returned a pair of sunglasses to Sunglass Hut on 5/21/15 and was given a gift card. I tried the gift card online before I left the store and the amount on the gift card appeared to be incorrect. I brought the issue to the attention of the sales associate Orisha, who tried to use the gift card too and it did not work. She said they had been having issues with their gift cards. She called customer service twice reluctantly and was unable to get the gift card to work. I tried the gift card once more online and again it was invalid. I called customer service and was told to go back to the store because their was nothing they could do by an agent named Giberni. I told her to get me a supervisor and spoke to a man named Felix who said that he looked at the card and it was used online so I would have to speak to the online department. Then I spoke to one person and was transferred to another without notice and then that person transferred me back to the main menu. Then when I got through to the next representative I was told that the purchase was made in store and I would have to call back the next day during their business hours. Thank you for absolutely NOTHING!!! DO NOT TRY TO MAKE A RETURN HERE!!!

open late. (+) parking area: not good for first timers lol (+/-/$) customer service (-) girl at electronics register was prob bipolar, bad attitude, then middle of transaction okay attitude, then had a bad attitude again at end of transaction when asking about available device insurance and validation for parking. like ok it was almost closing time and we all have sh*ty days but on the hard days i tell myself, "finish strong, bills" so my advice to the pink haired employee "finish strong" ***doing Rosie the Riveter pose** lol tht is all :)

I go here at least two or three times a week. Decent and authentic food choices (sandwiches, burgers, pizza, mediterranean, greek, fake chinese, korean, indian, japanese) with a Target, Zara, and H & M. Theres also a small farmers market on Thursdays. Theres validated parking in the structure for a small fee, but its pretty inconvenient. If youre getting here by metro or work in the area, its a good place to be. Pretty busy during the day, super dead in the evenings.

This is a nice "arena style" shopping center with stores and restaurants on multiple levels. It is surrounded by high rise office buildings. The shopping center features a city target, Golds gym, Victorias secret, H&M, Mendocino Farms and many more. They even have a Sprinkles Cupcake store here. If you work around the area this would a great place to visit during your lunch hour. If you are visiting, it is a little bit of a hassle to park and shop.

Pros: centrally located in DT LA, quality food court, H&M and Zara stores in a very close proximity, Target store. Cons: Shoppers are allowed parking in certain floors (1-3), maze-like parking exit, congested parking exit during lunch time, youll always pay for parking regardless of validation. Bottom line: good place for a quick bite. With the addition of a few more stores to the ones mentioned, there isnt much to do at Fig&7th.

Dobré nákupní centrum umístěné pod povrchem města. Nachází se zde spousta obchodů s občerstvením, oblečením atd. Poblíž se nachází Staples center. Od zastávky metra 7th street je to pěšky asi 10 minut.

Convenient mall located near USC. A good alternative to going to the Grove which is much further. Although there arent many stores: Target, Zara, H&M are just the few, it is also a great place to eat. Their food court has a nice selection and there area few restaurants here as well. If youre looking to exercise or workout, this mall is home to Gold Gym and a cycling studio Spoke.

Theres only a few shopping choices here and the food court is on the most bottom level (3 levels), and if you dont know theres a 3rd floor (subterranean) it can easily be missed. The site all have varying hours so some are open while others are not. Theres a lot of foot traffic, which also means vagabonds and street people are always panhandling.

Many choices. Most food options are quite good. Live entertainment in the food court is a nice touch. Expensive for what it is because of the location. A great place to sit outside, easy to find shade, out of the wind, and the semi-underground location moderates the temperature on hot or cold days, infrequent though they are in L.A.

Quite a nice place to shop and eat, they have a nice variety of shops in the food plaza and there is a target here, making it a good location for general shopping, fortunately elevators are supplied along with the stairs and escalator for those times you end up going a bit overboard with the amount of groceries and stuff you buy.

This is only a city Target, so the selection is small. The rest of the stores are okay, all of them are pretty small and could be a lot better. This includes the restaurants that are on the lower floor, not much of a selection. The only good thing about any of this, is the actual location, practically the center of downtown.

Kung Pao Chicken bowl at New Moon Café was a little soggy, possibly from the vegetables. Vegetables were spooned in beyond the half-way point, so there was very little chicken. Kung Pao Chicken has vegetables in it also, so basically 3/4 vegetable bowl, 1/4 chicken. Tasty and spicy, but portion or price needs adjusting.

Fig@7th is a beautiful outdoor mall in the heart of DTLA. They have Target, LOccitane, Zara, H&M, Pink, VS, Sprinkles, MAC cosmetics & Sunglass Hut. The food court & outdoor eating areas are popular with businesses in the area. City Tavern & Mendocino Farms are must trys and the food court has several great options.

Love this place. Right down the street from my work. If you are in the DTLA area it is a great place to grab a bite (they have an awesome food court) and do a little shopping. I am very excited for the Nordstroms Rack to open later this year! The parking isnt the best, but does good parking even exist in Downtown?

As far at the food court goes.....top notch. Lots of options, even healthy options. Chasom recommends Pizza Studio or oleego. Beware of lunch time because seating gets a little limited. Youd be surprised to know there are over 19 restaurants, no excellent eateries that will leave you and your family satisfied. Ranging from oven baked pizza to Korean BBQ, there is something for everyone. Not to mention the Target, Victorias Secret and Bath and Body Works to name a few. And theres Golds Gym too.

Well developed shopping center with a glut of eateries -including my favorite: Mendocino Farms. Very crowded at lunch due to number of office buildings around. Also, this center includes a Target and dedicated parking structure. It is easily accessible via tbe red or blue line from 7th Street Metro station.
