Absolute suited for the trash and lower class population, rather surprise with some of the high rating therein. Then again some individuals think baloney sandwich and. Steam chicken guts is great food This place is below mediocrity – from the parking, which is sub-par rude employees, to the retail, which clearly have nothing, classy or fancy or elegant to offer , to the rubbish they serve at various eateries, from the Japanese, to Mexican, to Italian or American. I am long time Pasadena resident and I hate what the idiots in City Hall have done to this city, I was exited with the city master plan or renewal, had I known they’ll turn the city in the cesspool, high crime, increase homeless population, dreadful traffic, I would have protested As such middle and upper middle class population who sustain this city , whom were to patronize high-end establishments have been left holding the bog ; no place to go but private parties, or stay home As such, these establishment, to make ends-meet have to cater to kids, teenagers and homeless population. Shame of our City leaders you have turn the entire City to developers in exchange for condo saturations that have not sold, , or low sick stores they struggles to make ends meet. Shame

We went the other day and it happened to rain. Whoever designed this place was not thinking about rain in California, obviously, because the tiles and rock used on the ground in this open mall is SLIPPERY to a fault. They were putting caution signs out all over the place so they are aware but BE CAREFUL if you go when it it wet outside. It can be dangerous. We go there for the Imax theater, Brighton, Wako Wako, DSW and of course Starbucks. Parking is prestty easy once you figure out where to park to actually get to the shopping area and not the housing. It is also nice that all the stores validate for up to 90 minute parking and the theater will give you 2 hours free parking.

After stuffing my face with cookies at Cookie Con, I walked across the street in an effort to burn off all that sugar and get something savory in me. Ive been here before for a variety of things - hang out with friends, go on dates, eat, watch a movie etc. It has a little bit of everything for everyone. Its also in a nice area of Pasadena, parking can be validated, and it all just works out nicely. Its an open air mall with a few stores and places to eat plus a theatre. I like that the restrooms are usually clean, there isnt a lot of riff raff, and its generally quite nice looking. It made for a nice quaint walk to settle the cookies and get off my sugar high.

Really sad what has happened to this place. When it was first erected in 1999, it had stores like Cole Haan. I remember shopping there with my sister and getting the royal treatment, including free drinks. Macys was still attached to it. The Macys has since been demolished and the lot is just empty with a bunch of lone pillars that once supported huge floors and ceilings. There was an expensive spa you could go to. There is a whole section on the west side of the plaza that is just blocked off by some wall. The once pleasant atmosphere is gone, gone, gone...

Many years ago they tore town a sad ole indoor mall and built this outdoor shopping paradise. But, all outdoor shopping was already located 2 blocks away in Old Town. Did they really think big name stores were going to close up shop and relocate to where the rent was 3 times more? Well, years later the place continues to try. Its had it successes: Arclight, Starbucks, The Antique Mall. But then you have current endeavors like The Rose which has really tarnished the locals further perception that Paseo coulda been something more.

A lot of the stores are vacant but the restaurants are holding it together until the new hotel is built. The Arclight theater also brings folks around. The views of city hall to the North and the Convention center to the South are fantastic though. Brookstone and Victoria Secret seem to be holding on by a thread. Parking can be rough when events are going on around the area. This place really needs a comeback because it is a beautiful outdoor mall.

Paseo never quite achieved the goal of being a successful open air mall. It has a problem keeping its storefronts occupied, and the underground parking structure, inherited from the former mall located there and adapted for the new mixed use space, tends to be a confusing mess. Positive note however are the movie theater and that the restaurants located there tend to be stable so arent likely to disappear overnight.

Variety of food in the area, a few chain stores with some boutique stores as well. Locations holds different events through out the year like the Chalk festival normally during g fathers day weekend. Convenient place to eat for convention goers. Plenty of underground parking, note that there are two (1 on Marego other on Green St.) parking structures with a bridge to Paseo as well with same rates.

This place has been dying for the past few years. Retail shops are going away and they are trying t revive it by bringing in big names like Victoria Secret and pretty soon H&M. I mainly come here for the Arclight theatre and Equinox gym. Other than that, Im surprised how other places stay in business. Hopefully it will get better once more stores open or take the place of the vacant lots

The retail outlets leave much to be desired, but the FREE events are amazing. During the summer, there is a Chalk Festival that will cause you to think of chalk in ways unimaginable before. There are also free outdoor movies during the summer. During the winter holiday season, youll see a beautifully decorated Christmas Tree, Carolers, and Santa Claus.

The kiosk Connected World is the WORST -- a total ripoff! They sell junk and when you ask them to fix the situation, they lie and refuse to refund your money. I would never shop from this stand again, and the fact that Paseo Colorado allows this shop in their facility makes me question whether to shop at any of the other stores. BEWARE.

All the employees Ive been helped out with at these stores and restaurants are nice and helpful. Stop by and check it out. The stores are not many, however they are nice to stop by and shop at. Its busy on weekends most since the theater is also located here so please dont forget to validate that parking pass you all. Enjoy!

The paseo in Pasadena is in one of the most central locations in Pasadena being right next to city Hall and the Civic center. However despite its prime location, it doesnt offer much. Its been outdated and shops have come and gone. Still a nice plaza and in an awesome spot but I just feel like it could be so much more.

This is a pretty dead shopping center. Confusing layout and most of the time its quite empty. Not many parking spaces available underground even when the mall isnt very busy. Your familiar mall brands are not going to be found here because... as I already mentioned, this is a dead shopping center and they all left.
