Seriously inept opticians and terrible customer service. They messed up the progressive lens measurements on my husbands glasses not once but twice and are refusing to fix them the second time. The b**** optician kept saying that his "prescription must have changed." Two eye exams later, his prescription hadnt changed and they confirmed that the measurements were off on both sets of lenses. They also did not bother to tell him that the glasses he picked out were incompatible with his prescription. Seriously, this optician was so snotty that she actually tried to blame the problem on me, saying that "Your wife had the final say" in the frames. Im not a freaking optician, I just said the frames looked good. It is YOUR job to help pick out the appropriate frames and to do the measurements correctly. We will not be giving this place any more money or time. Id rather pay another $600 to someone else rather than deal with this place anymore. Do not waste your money or time.

Ive been wearing contacts for several years now, and every year Ive gone in only to find that my prescription is totally changed and very much degenerated compared to the last one. Up to now, every visit to an ophthamologist has been with the notion that Id be charged for some absolutely useless tests only to find out what my prescription was that time around (I mean, $99 for a contact lens exam?!). This time around however, being new to Triangle Eye Care, Dr. Takeda picked up on something that Id said about previous exams, as well as observing the results of a test (that Id never done anywhere else). Based on that, she prescribed a hybrid rigid and soft contact lens, and the results are just outstanding. For the first time in a long time, Im able to see near 20/20 from both eyes. Dr. Takeda is very talented and extremely friendly, Id highly recommend visiting this office if youre looking for a new doctor.

I am traveling for business and away for a long period of time. My glasses broke in the middle of work and I had to find a place to repair them that wouldnt take forever. The women who answered the phone was very friendly. She informed us that she was available and it shouldnt take long to repair. Upon arrival she was available and assisted me right away. The repair was extensive and took slightly longer than expected. She informed me it would take about an hour to repair. I left my glasses in her care and called in an hour to see if they were fixed. She was just finishing up. I appreciate the service provided especially the last minute service. If I lived here Id come back. Considering I dont, Id highly recommend trying them out.

They were very knowledgeable about all the procedures and had thorough explanations. Their equipment seemed very up to date and the environment was inviting and calm. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and am very satisfied with my new prescription and glasses! I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

I have been coming here for years. The office is always clean, welcoming, and calm. I never have to wait very long. The staff and doctors are always professional and easy to talk to. They take the time to explain things clearly, so you leave with a great understanding of what is going on with your vision. I have known Dr. Lee Berman and used Triangle Eye Care for Years and would highly recommend them to anyone. Dr. Berman and his entire staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. The office is up to date and very comfortable to visit. If you are looking for a new Optometrist, look no further......this is a great office!

Dr. Takeda is so easy to work with. My last eye doctor gave me anxiety attacks because of the way she dealt with me in a very aggressive way. Dr. Takeda made the process easy and simple and put my mind and my eyes to ease.
