not even 1 star. this is the first time that i will write a review. this clinic sucks! they are just good at first. i am very frustrated and disappointed with them! i went october 8 2016, everything went well, dr stacie is amazing. very informative and nice. it took me a while to choose a frame, they have choices but not the style i wanted. the lady who assisted me, explained that if i will order the frame i cannot return it if i will not like it in person so i was stuck with what they have in store. the process continued, she told me that glasses will be available in 3-5 days. and by the way, i also avail contact lens fitting which cost additional $70. the contact lens fitting is fast, i received a message on 10/11/16 that the lens are ready for fitting. since i do have work on weekdays i thought of going there on weekends and get the glasses as well. 10/15/16 a week passed, i called the office to ask for the glasses since i havent receive any message. the lady said that the lens is not yet there, they did order it and havent arrive yet but will be there on monday which is 10/17/16. i didnt follow up on monday but thursday instead 10/20/16. still not yet there and said that it will there the next monday again 10/24/16. waited for that monday, called about 10am, i was asking if its there. still no glasses!the lady told me that the delivery will arrive later in the afternoon. i am pissed and asked to just cancel the order but i gave her a chance to provide it within the day. the manager called me about 12 noon that day saying that the glasses is not yet there though they will give a temporary one until they can provide the one i ordered. im not interested, i need the one i ordered. i dont want to waste my time to go there to pick up the temporary glasses and go back for the right one. i dont have a lot of time to do that! the manager and i had an argument because i asked for a refund. she said that they dont do refund, so i told her that i will dispute it, and she said ok? thats the kind of customer service they have in there. so rude! she also told me that i ordered a frame and that is what they are waiting for? and it will be 7-10 days. first of all, i didnt ordered a frame and then from 3-5 days now 7-10 days but actually thats the 11th day when we had the conversation. i did dispute it in the bank, then this clinic responded that they have the glasses are ready on the 9th day and informed me? wtf! bunch of liars! hope this will not happen to anyone else. btw, the glasses aint cheap to have this kind of poor service!

Hello Cory Raphael(below), At Eyesite, we sell beautiful designer eyewear as well as affordable great looking eyewear all day long to all walks of people. We sell the most expensive eyewear to those who look homeless and the most affordable to those wearing designer suits-you just never can pre-judge anyone by their appearence and our policy dictates such. I dont really get your review, because we all love to show off the beautiful Cartier line to anyone interested. So, sorry you had a bad experience, its certainly not the norm. Our receptionist brought your review to my attention as she was so upset that someone would view our practice in the way you describe. She takes enormous pride in her customer service (as does the rest of the staff) and finds your review confusing and out of sorts. Ive been a patient at eyesite for over 7 years and since day one, I have been treated with the best care and service I could have possibly asked for. They have treated my son and myself as family and mothing less. Dr. David has been very patient with my son. Amanda, I have no words to express my gratitude toward her. Always honest. Always finding the right frames for me (Im very picky and she knows it) ). But above all, the heart and friendship she has rendered to me is more than what I could have ever bargained for. if you want an honest, wholesome, family style experience, this is where you need to come. let them know Lupe said!

I went into Eyesite back when they were in the mall. I had a terrible time. They actually asked me if I needed help finding more affordable options because the section I was in "was quite expensive for most people". I dreaded going back but a friend really wanted to see what all the fuss was about regarding Cartier frames (they are the only place that has them in our area). The person helping us at their new location off South was even worse. We asked where the Cartier frames could be found & the receptionist said, "Seriously?" Wow.

I have been very pleased with the service done by Dr. David. Hes always been very helpful and takes the time to explain the procedures and shows that he truly cares about his patients. The staff is always friendly as well and they remember the patients who are their regular clientele so theyll take a few minutes to say hello and to see how the patient has been doing.

I recently had my eye exam with Dr. David. I had some concerns regarding my vision and Dr. David explained everything in detail which made me feel at ease. Perla, who completed my pre-test was very knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, the office was very clean and the staff was very professional.

Ive been coming to eyesight optometry ever since Ive been wearing glasses which dates back to the mid 90s and they deliver great customer service. The building is very clean and the staff is very polite and professorial. If your looking for a optometry I highly recommend Eyesight Optometry.

The staffs were nice, respectful and very accomodating. The doctor didnt just examined me but also explained whats going on with my eye. After the test, Yasmin showed me several options for the frames and lens to choose from and she wasnt pushy as well. Strongly recommend this place.

Dr. David and his staff are amazing. Im a difficult Keratoconus patient that was scheduled to have a left corneal transplant. After Dr. David patiently worked with me I was able to cancel the surgery. Im seeing much better with the RGP contact he prescribed. Im very grateful!!!

Dr. Sherri was so nice and everybody at that office. They even helped me pick out the perfect eyeglasses. Also theyre not pushy for you to buy anything you dont want. Definitely recommend them to everybody.
