Its true you may not receive the detailed level of service of a high end shop but the care theyve given my mtn bike (used for about town transpo) has always been great. My old shop charged $150-$300 for a tune up (which included everything from replacing chain to cables), Torres charges me around $50 and they only replace parts that really need to be replaced imminently. Their parts and labor charges are so cheap I can afford to bring it in as needed for repairs and not pay huge sums up front for preventative. Prices for parts are shockingly cheap. Of course changing a flat is a bit pricey (though still relatively inexpensive by industry standards) but thats something you should really consider doing on your own anyway. Ive been dealing with the daughter who manages the front and the older father who does the repairs for 2 years now and I give them high marks for taking care of me and my bike.

Best service at a bike shop Ive ever had. I bought a cruiser for my daughter Sept 2011. It was the best price for the quality bike I wanted. They put the basket and fenders on and it looked great. She crashed her bike and I took it in. They replaced tube, filled both tires, adjusted handle bars, and looked whole bike over.... $8. Service with a smile :)

This place is just terrible, both times that ive gone no one even bothered to say hi or ask what i was looking for, the people that work there just sit behind the counter plain out ignoring anyone in the shop, worst bike shop ever

Dont even waste your time and especially money here. $150 for A rim. 1(one). And its a cheap rim not even a good brand. I bought a pair of pedals here for $20 that broke on the way home.

Its great I go there for my skateboard needs but their selection is very small and very pricy for boards that arent worth that much anymore.
