I asked for their advice and they sold me all the wrong parts. Sure they will sell you the parts at a "wholesale" price but you leave with all the wrong size parts. I was sold handlebars that are too big for me. They sold me the wrong derailleur. I asked if there was a difference in the bike saddle for men and women...they said no, later I find out that the selection of a saddle is actually very important. My cassette is wrong. The tires are too heavy for my bike. My goal was to make the bike as light as possible. They either like to lie or they really dont know anything about bicycles...now I have to return some parts and fix everything. They dont have great customer service either. Poor experience. Now I go to a professional bicycle store who really know what they are talking about.

Shop has everything you need.. and custome service in fantastic I must add.. very attentive all the way around; Bought a tube for my bike in the morning, had to return tours the end of the day to purchase one more. Ive been there about 4times. All of the times i have been there were because of my flat tire and they fixed it every time ive been there. However it get flat in less than a weak so i believe whatever theyre doing is not ok

Every time I go there, they are very helpful. They know what theyre doing, with very affordable parts and repairs. Those who say the lady is rude must be bringing it on themselves, shes always been nice.
