I used to love this store. It had wonderful bargains...all good quality. While it still has a fair selection of pre packaged craft items. The ribbon, lace and trim selection is rotten. They carry cheap poly ribbon that feels like paper. And now you have to buy a roll of 25 or 50 yards. The lace has diminished down to a few rolls of pre gathered poly lace that could look charming on a toilet paper roll dolly. They have some fabrics at a fair price. I was even thrilled with the fact that they had interfacing. Now all they carry is wonder under. No interfacing, Very limited selections, HORRIBLE quality! Great if you are doing 1st grade craft night, otherwise no thanks. Sorry to say I wont be back.

I honestly have NO idea how this is rated over 1 star. First of all its poorly laid out. There are multiple buildings next to each other that go under the Fabric Barn name. After walking into a wrong store I finally found the fabric portion. Walking into it I immediately got the chills - not in a good way either. Its dimly lit with multiple lights burnt out throughout the building. SO CREEPY. All of the fabric that they sell here is cheap organza and polyester. For a 4+ star fabric store I expected there to be good quality, 4 star fabric there. Its a shame I drove out of my way to stop by here to be so disappointed. Save yourself the disappoint and time and just go to a Joanns or Hobby Lobby.

I walked into this place looking for some black ribbon lapel pins forbme and the guys at work since one of our coworkers passed away, they did not had any so the lady said she would make them for me, she wasnt even going to charge me labor just the material. once completed, she surprised me with shes donating those ribbons as a contribution to us in his memory. I still tipped her, i wish i could say who gave me such a wonderful service but I do not want to get her in trouble since they cant take tips. If the owner or her supervisor reads this, I insisted on giving her a tip left it there for her and walked out.

I hated my first experience at this store and the one down the street. First store had 3 employees at the front desk and not once was I acknowledged or offered any help. The store was packed with supplies but not customers and I was not able to find the items that I wanted so I left and went to the one right down the street. I walked in and they did speak to me but that was as far as that went. I wanted to go to this place for a long time but never again will I step foot in any of these stores.

Love this place! Not only is everything so cheap they also have so many choices to choose from. There is no need to settle because this place has exactly what you are looking for. Next door is called Party Barn which has EVERYTHING you need to throw any kind of party. They also have a seasonal section for you can buy cheap décor for the holidays. They offer a 10% discount if you park in their parking lot which you need to turn down the first alleyway on Obispo Ave to get to.

I went in and I was greated right away and they also help me and pointed me in the right direction for what I needed then I went to the other one 2 doors down and that lady was really really friendly and she even showed me around and kept a good conversation with me I love this store been going their since I was little and I always went with my grandma man I miss her R.I.P.L &P grandma love u

Ive been coming here for years. If I want to add a little extra fun and excitement to my day I head to the FABRIC BARN. I Love it and the ladies are so kind and helpful. I have even introduced friends to this wonderful haven of crafts. Its a real treasure hunt. Thanks so much FABRIC BARN. P.S. Its sooooo much closer than driving to DTLA (Downtown L.A.)

I really like buying fabric here. It is very inexpensive. They do change their selection for prints a lot but thats not a problem for me since I love fabric anyway. The staff is helpful. The place is pretty organized. Their ribbon selection is very wide. They have tons of choices and their prices ROCK! Satisfactory overall.

I do not like what they have done at Fabric Barn. They have taken out most of the rods with the spools of ribbon and put the spools in bins so its much harder to see the ribbons. Also, I dont think they have the selection of ribbon that they used to have. This is a real step backward and very disappointing!
