So we called this company for some fabric we were in desperate need of for a wedding coming up. We were so happy when they went to check and they had it. They proceeded to tell us that we had to place our order on Amazon and they would take care of getting it for us in the short time frame we needed. Thank you thank you. Not so fast - Fast forward 6 hours and suddenly they are out of the fabric, all east coast suppliers are closed at this point, so we have no other option but to wait another day ( which we dont have). They actually offered to refund our money saying " I will absolutely refund your entire order" that they had already charged, I would hope so. How gracious of them!!!!! Just dont waste your time and energy on a company that for one doesnt tell you the truth, charges your card and then you have to wait 3 days for a refund.

Fabric Empire Vinyl has every fabric you could conceivably want...and Heather was super helpful in helping us chose the right material to reupholster our couch, and far exceeded our expectations in dealing with an exchange issue. She, and her store, are just plain awesome.
