I was in the returns and exchanges line only. The lady checking took a lady from the other regular line before me was very rude also I then was irritated as it said only returns and exchanges and two people were behind me I feel it was a friend race issue and so blatant. One of the other checkers saw the whole thing and waited on me was friendly professional and wuick....tjank you maam I appreciate you assistance your a good Ross ambassador
