I'm not a Ross shopper but I just moved to mountain house n my wife is been shoping there for decorating our house wile I'm at work. She made me go there cause she said its not the same as fremont its great how I would love it its so organized. She been spending hundreds if not thousands. I see it on my amx. So I went today she was right it is organized and I picked a few things that were made out of clay. I came to pay the cashier put three things in the same bag I asked her if she can put some paper around it so it don't scratch or break. She replies we don't have it do u want paper out of the trash can cause I won't. I told her if she was allright . I wanted to talk to a manager but what's the point. I spoke with an African American association who I though was manager n let her know who's was wounderfull n said sorried. N said knew who she was. The cashier I beleave was adrine,adrelineor some thing like that. Well the service at the cash regiester sucks. So bad that I'm taking off the one star I gave if I can.

They have their days, some days I find so many things and some days you leave disappointed. All in all good place to shop but many of the associates have bad attitudes.
