If I could give them a rating of 0 I would, but they do deserve at least one star for having the name Express which is normally a great store to shop in. Ive been a customer to Express for years now, including my family. Naturally because I already loved this store, I thought it would be nice to work there as well. I was thrown in for quite a surprise... the people that work at this Express are not what they seem. Theyre nice to customers because they have to be, at least most of the time theyre nice...but with their employees its a whole different story. They love to gossip and make fun of the other employees and dont even bother to train their employees in the first place. They give you a few instructions to read and thats it; if you mess up once, dont expect to be scheduled to work another day...no,you wont be fired, you just simply wont be scheduled to work again for another 2 months or more until you decided youve waited long enough, have been gossiped about & humiliated long enough that youll end up quitting yourself. To make things worse, this is NOT a job you want to apply for if you expect to make some decent amount of money. They only use the new employees as back-ups if another "main" employee cant make it to work. And for a high-end retail clothing store they only pay Sales Associates $8.00 an hour & if they remember to mail you your paycheck as well. Ive never had a worse experience working for any company before & I certainly didnt expect to have such a bad experience at an Express store. I would never apply to this Arden Fair Malls Expess clothing store ever again unless the management/manager of this store & so-called "leads" get fired or leave.

Decent selection of clothing that is a small step above Forever 21. Never buy anything here that isnt on sale. The inventory is severely overpriced because they regularly have sales where items are marked down by huge percentages. Menswear selection is good if you are a man of slighter build, if you are heavier or more athletic/muscular you will find it difficult to find clothing that fits.

The manager of this place, Angel, is rude and impatient. I get that you have a busy job but that doesnt give you the right to ignore the customer or be rude to them. He needs to be re-trained in what good customer service is. I hope he gets disciplined by his higher ups as he gave me an awful experience and I have been an A-list member at this place for a long time.

Used to be my favorite store. The quality of fabrics went down over the years (while the prices stay the same) and the dont have petite sizes in the store anymore.
