I came in today to return something I recently bought and then re-buy it with a coupon I had forgot to take with me the first time I purchased this item. They were very busy as it is the holiday season and my transaction was taking longer than expected, but they were very nice and helpful throughout the process and were very understanding with my 2 year old son who just loves to get into everything hes not supposed to. Very happy and pleased with this store, everytime we come we leave with great customer service and quality products. Highly recommend.

Boot barn has always been great. Staff is nice, they carry a good selection but their sizes are not organized and you have to hunt for the size you want. Great place thought, use it for work clothes.
