I enjoyed my shopping experience. The staff is so helpful and went above and beyond to accomodate me. The clothing selection is great as well. After going to literally twelve other department stores to find a bridesmaid dress I was spent and not at my most friendly when I walked into Ross. My mood changed when low and behold, I found my dress!! Sooo over the moon!

great prices. products vary and are not always there. if you like it, grab it. it may not be there next time. They struggle with maintaining a balanced cashier work force though. In other words every time I have gone in the check out line is long due to not enough cashiers.

This Ross is not as messy & crowded like some Ive seen, but it seems too bare compared to most. Lots of shelves with hardly any merchandise. And the mens department is almost non-existent. Men like to shop bargains, too!

Decent selection and one of the few Rosses that isnt so crowded on the weekend. Not a very big store though so if youre looking for a large selection try the Folsom location or the one on San Juan.

Store was totally picked over. No shoes, pants, or mens dress shirts. Baby department was awful. Nothing for infants. Very disappointed!

Friendly staff, went on New Years Day so everything was pretty barren, but expected. Found some pretty sweet boots so I cant complain.
