Bad experience each time I went here.Husband told me to keep giving them the benefit of doubt.So I did bc they have somewhat cute things..A bit overpriced for used things but I shop at trader Joes so i went back about 3 times but each time girls working here especially the one with short dark hair shes was there each time I went + she either gave me a lot of rude looks or never said anything to me just rude looks.The 1st time I went one of the girlsame there was nice but the short haired girl was also there at the register saying how they were closing to other employes then + was still very rude..And the next 2 times Not one of them spoke to me once or asked me if i needed help with anything or have a good day after a purchase nothing they were just very rude + snobs to me.The last time I was their they helped people fast but when it was my turn they ignored me until my hubby came over + then sent a guy to ring me up.It irratated me more bc they werent like that to other people who came in after me,they were helpful to them + friendly to everyone else but not me.So basicilly If your a pretty Blonde Girl dont shop here they are rude + profile you.My husband Called the owner to report it.She was super quick to call back + seemed nice + apologized for that + said she would be sending me a gift card to make up for the horrible service,cool seemed nice,but this was before Halloween + now valentines is right around the corner I still have yet to receive anything from her so she was full of it crappie company not worth my time.I go shopping to enjoy myself for a short break when I get it as Im a mom of 3 who lost our middle daughter to Trisomey18 in 2011.So I appreciate friendly people everywhere I shop or its not worth my time.I dont like rude people or people who profile others based off how they look.I wont be going back here.

I brought in 3 trash bags of clothes and shoes and several pairs of shoes Ive only worn once in their boxes. I have never consigned clothing before but after clearing out my closet and reading yelp reviews Freestyle Clothing seemed like a good option. The staff working were all polite and explained their process and the season of clothing they are currently looking for (no boots or sweaters). I had a lot of those items mixed in but they were happy to sort through everything for me. It only took 20 minutes so I browsed the store while I waited. I found a pair of Levi skinny jeans and a pair of Lucky Brand bootcut jeans that were in great condition and super reasonably priced! ($11 for the Levis and $16 for the Lucky Brands) They purchased 16 items from me which got me $84 in store credit or close to $60 in cash. They let me split it and I bought my $29 worth of new jeans with credit and left with $38 cash and 3 slightly less full trash bags of items they did not keep. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back.

The store is big & well-organized but the employees are rude. They only buy & sell one style of clothing. When I came in the first thing I smelled in the whole store was weed. The employees didnt bother to tell me that they were done looking through my bag. I had stepped out after dropping off my bag & the guy looked at me & welcomed me in when I came back, I had only been gone 5 minutes.
