I went there and there were only 3 employees that I could see with dozens of customers not only lined up for purchases, but also browsing inside. Manager was right there and they never bothered to open up any registers either. Employees were also on a slow side, which only complicated matters. Transaction took about 4x longer than it shouldve. Employees are not helpful either. I inquired about a return policy on 2 different occasions and got 2 similar but distictively different responses. When I asked for a clarification, they just told me I was misinformed and basically the employee shooked her head as if I was lying through the teeth. Dont stop here. Shop elsewhere.

I went shopping with a toddler and they dont allow shopping carts in the fitting room. How am I supposed to try on clothes, leave my baby out in check in area while I try on clothes? The first time, I took my toddler in, he sat on the tiny bench and kept on trying to get down so I put him on the dirty floor so he crawled to the next fitting room. I had to go get him. The second time, I was frustrated so I pushed the shopping cart with my baby in it to the enterance of the fitting room and I took the room closest to the entrance so I had to leave the door open to try my clothes on over my clothes just so that I could see my baby. Smh!

I Love It ! Convenient Little Items , and cute mens, womens, plus size, kids , infant clothing for a great price .. designer close and jewelry for half of what you would pay at the actual brand stores and it REAL NOT LOOK ALIKES !!!! the only Problem I have is there bathrooms are smelly and sometimes dirty and theres only one ... also the isle are not big enough but other then that its a great place to shop !!!

worst place to shop just dont bother to even go here cashier Audrey i think was her name was super rude. I went to pay and I was suppose to take of the hangers before making my purchase. I was unaware of this. she says everyone in line take of the hanger or you will make the process slower. she was very rude never going there again this is my first review to ever post but I had to after my experience.

I love the variety of household items. Reasonably priced. Found everything I came looking for plus extra goodies. Maybe I just got lucky this time but the store wasnt a complete wreck as usual. I could walk down the aisles without having to kick stuff out of my way. I just have to say that I enjoyed my shopping trip.

worst worst worst ... bad staff, rude maneger and broken stuff.. and if you buy electronics there then means your throw your hard earn money in garbage ... looks like vist flea markit ... i would never go next time here where you spend and dont get respect ... shame on this store

I love Ross, but this particular location doesnt have a good selection as some of the others. The service is nice though and many of the girls are super helpful. Im a size 0 so its so hard to find smaller sizes here. I usually have to venture towards Roseville or Vacaville

I can usually find some hidden gems but it takes a lot of searching. The store displays and racks are so cramped its hard for 2 people to get by each other. Cant imagine a stroller or wheelchair maneuvering around that place. Check out was fast though. A plus in my book.

Messy store, broken restroom. It a typical Ross. Dirty, messy, but what do you really expect when you go in looking for good deals I guess. Well there are some Ross that are very clean and organize. This is not one of them.

I bought a $50 comforter from Ross and 3 weeks later it started to rip, coming undone at the seams how can something so expensive be so cheap ,I dont have the receipt so they cant do anything they said, so Im out $50

This place is OK, but just like the general stores, they dont have too many options for men clothing. There is a whole store designated for women clothing but small corner for men on the left hand side.

I prefer coming to this Ross. I live in Galt and the Lodi Ross does not have much. There selection is good and always have alot to look at. Cleansiness is not the best but I have seen worst.

Super busy, the checkout line is a joke. Obviously with all the crowds its hard to keep the store clean and organized. I would rather pay more and not deal with all the craziness.
