Just got off the phone with the store and was fed another line of what sounded like B*&^Crap. Purchased a phone under an existing plan last week and did so partially because of a reduced price tablet that was included in the deal. Person helping us apologized after we had purchased our phone saying they were currently out of stock of the but then went through some effort to locate one at nearby store (quite impressive, but Im concerned now it was just for show so wed leave pleased without returning the phone we just purchased until they fulfilled the deal. Returned next day to see if she had picked the phone up from the other store on her way by it (we were told she passed by it on her way to and from work). Was informed they were instead going to ship it to the store for us to pick up. Emphasized how much we were looking forward to getting the tablet. Returned the following day again and told it had not arrived and they would call us when it is in. AGAIN, emphasized how much we were looking forward to getting the tablet. Here it is 5 days later and have heard nothing. Called store. Sales associate we bought from is not working. Young lady who answered the phone very politely listened to my story and checked on things, telling me nothing had been ordered on the account but they were going to "have it shipped from another store" and they would call us when it is in (sound familiar?) So now Im sort of done being polite and have insisted I get a call back telling me exactly what status is and when I can expect the tablet to be here. Am I being unreasonable? Update...60 Minutes after posting this I received a call that the Tablet was available for pickup.

Poor service, wasted 30 minutes for nothing, understaffed, staff did not seem to have any urgency the store wasnt that crowded, but the staff didnt seem to be able to help more than two people at a time. if AT&T thinks people should wait 30+ minutes to get service for their product then perhaps this is my opportunity to leave AT&T, certainly not to do business out of this store!

Hard to ever like ATT. Latest trip to unlock daughters phone - they let me pay off the phone but claimed he could not unlock it, which I am sure is BS as we were able to get it done via phone easily later in the day. Just lazy employee with typical ATT attitude. Not that any of the other providers are any better.

Staff is very helpful. Havent had a bad experience yet. Yes, AT&T is expensive but theyve always been there when I needed them and I get great reception locally. Exchanges and returns are easy and I have a great protection plan so if anything happens to my device its 50 bucks and a new one arrives in 2 days.

garbage! poor customer service, the technician that came to setup the uverse account, didnt know what he was doing, and then billed me $100 just to hook up the modem Which i couldve done it myself if i knew i was being charged for that.

Third time going to this Livermore location and all 3 experiences were excellent (Ive been to a couple of different corporate locations and this is the best.) Employees here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Liars! Went to pickup new modem. Ask the sales guy if it is a N capable. Says yes. Get home to find out I paid 100$ for a REFURBISHED slow G modem! Bring it back, no excuses, no appologies, just oh well...

I had AT&T for a long time prior to switching to Sprint. AT&T became more expensive than necessary so I switched to a carrier that has the same amount of reception where I need it and is half the price.
