Beware this flower shop is absolute HORRIBLE!!! I decided to use Bird of Paradise for Valentines Day flower delivery, which I regret BIG time. I spoke with a young lady who stated that my wife will receive the arrangement before 5 on Valentines Day. I was excited at first but the flowers never came. It was already close to 4:30 still no delivery so I waited a little longer and still nothing. Instead the arrangement arrived on Wednesday. I told the delivery guy I didnt want the arrangement because they are a day late and the flowers were already wilting. I called to speak to the manager for a refund and I kept getting the runaround. I do not have time to play games. Not even a call back from the manager. So I went straight to my bank for a charge back. If you cant deliver on Valentines Day then just day that. This place is way OVERPRICED and not worth it. Will never use again. I do not understand how there are so many good reviews. They must be fake reviews of the employees working there. Poor customer service, overpriced flowers, flowers delivered late and wilted. Please if I could give them 0 stars I would. Thanks for ruining my Valentines Day.

Approximately a month ago it was my 33rd anniversary with my wife and I wanted to surprise her with some beautiful flowers. She loves flowers and I knew this would make her very happy. I looked online for different florists in orange county and finally found Bird of Paradise. This place is a hidden gem! I looked on their website and saw the great customized arrangements this place produces. I wanted something customized just for this occasion and this place was more than happy to do that. Bird of Paradise exceeded my expectations with how beautiful the flowers were and how professional they handle their business. They delivered the flowers at the exact time I requested and my wife was beyond happy with these flowers. I highly recommend this florist to anyone. If google allowed 7 stars I would give this place that type of rating.

I rarely order flowers, but we had a family funeral and I wanted to order something special. I searched the net for a store close to us and when I saw the arrangements on the website I was impressed and decided to check it out. They were extremely helpful and listened to our input. I showed them what I liked on the website, but told them that the arrangements needed to be at a much bigger scale. I ordered 2 of them on Wednesday afternoon and they were ready for me to pick up early the very next morning and they were much more beautiful then I expected and exactly what I had hoped for. I would definitely use them again without reservation. Reliable and amazing design talent.

Worst experience!! I do not understand why this company is in business. The customer service is very poor and they are absolutely rude. I planned on ordering a Christmas centerpiece over the holidays and they got the entire order wrong. I called a few days before I was to pick it up and they assured me it would be ready. When I arrived, it was not the proper centerpiece and even the flowers were not fresh. They did not offer to help me out and it was basically take it or leave it. So I left it. Complete waste of time. Simple business practices goes a long way. DO NOT USE THEM!!

The owner of Bird of Paradise Couture Florals, Shirin, is an absolute joy to work with especially after a not so pleasant experience with another local florist (flowers by amy). I do not live locally so it was nice to be able to view gorgeous arrangements on their website then I worked directly with Shirin to finalize my order. She is very knowledgeable, patient, kind and will make sure you get exactly what you were want. I will definitely use Bird of Paradise Couture Florals again in the future and will recommend them to my friends in the area.

Unmatched innovations in style and design. I have been using this florist since early 2004. The owner/designers creations from large to small turn heads and command attention wherever they go. She (Shirin) treats every piece of artwork that exits her store as a reflection of herself and her refusal to disappoint. I would recommend Bird of Paradise to anyone -- actually recommended them to my mom and she was very happy. The most creative and beautiful arrangements; not your typical overpriced boring bouquets that you can purchase at the super market. Great experience!! A friend told me about this place after he heard me complaining about my consistently terrible experience with 1-800-Flowers. I dont know much about flowers, so the owner helped me pick something out for my moms bday. The flowers were beautiful and it was an excellent deal!
