Today I stopped by Saddleback Flower Shop to buy some oasis and loose flowers to create a centerpiece that I need for a party in a week. I wanted to see if the container we selected was going to work. I COMPLETELY forgot, that today is the day before Valentines Day. I walked into the flower shop, saw that everyone was working incredibly hard and realized it was probably the worst time to bothering a flower shop with my "mock" centerpiece.......Well, they were so nice, so helpful and did not make me feel like an inconvenience in any way. That is amazing service and I will certainly use this florist in the future. Thank you so much.

I want to commend Saddleback Flower Shop for their excellent customer service. I am in town as the result of a family tragedy, and it was my task to handle the flowers for a service we were having. There was a glitch in the order, but the owner stepped forward and made things right, going out of her way to ensure their problem did not cause us to be left with more upset. In fact, quite the opposite. Because of the way the issue was handled by the shop, I am happy to recommend them to others, and will also be using them again for my floral needs, hopefully all for happy occasions in the future.

I ordered some flowers over the phone and requested a really early delivery the next day. They were happy to accommodate. When I saw pictures of the flowers, I was very pleased. I only paid $70 but the bouquet was equivalent to $150 bouquets from other shops in the OC area. Very big, very healthy and abundant. Ill definitely use them again. Thanks Saddleback Flower Shop!

Excellent Florist!!! I had to get a rush order of flowers delivered to my wife at work cause I was in the dog house and Jennifer made great arrangement and I am back in the house again!! Very pleased with design and service. I presented a sketch on a piece of paper of the design I wanted and the end product exceeded my expectations. Also exceeded my expectation on promised delivery of flowers. Very pleasant experience overall.

Accepted and order took lots of time and them cancelled for no reason! Very irresponsible Do not use them they are not business oriented or customer service oriented. Clerk was not comfortable using the computer.
