On Tuesday I ordered a lei for my daughters graduation. I was quoted $30.00 for a double and $20.00 for a single lei. I ordered a double lei and was going to pick it up on Thursday. 30 minutes before my pick-up time, Gloria called saying there was a problem with the order and she only had single leis. She said the price for a single lei was $25.00. I reminded her that she already quoted me $20.00. She said if I wanted the lei it would be $25.00 because that is want she paid. She would not honor the original price quoted nor offer me two leis to make up for it not being a double. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere. I purchased a double lei from Ralphs in Villa Park for $19.99.

NOT YOUR GARDEN VARIETY FLORIST! Gorgeous, Courteous and Value minded! I needed something delivered ASAP to my friend for her birthday. Gloria, the owner, was very helpful and arranged to deliver a gorgeous arrangement to my friend within a few hours. My friend raved about the artistry and said the arrangement lasted for over a week. I received a thank you note from my friend with a photo, and it really was beautiful, large, and full of expensive flowers (not just "filler"). Ive since used Villa Park Florist for a party and they delivered expensive looking arrangements within my modest budget. Would highly recommend.

This florist goes the extra mile with fresh fresh flowers. My bouquets I receive for birthdays, anniversaries and holidays are always very long lasting and beautifully presented. Ive gotten those tacky bouquets from 800 flowers, which barely last 3 days and look like leftovers from a funeral. Villa Park florist has given me great value and great customer service. One time my husband forgot to order for my birthday, yet Villa Park Florist got it there, even though he called late!

I have to say the flowers arrived in beautiful condition, they were absolutely breathtaking . Villa Park Florist has superb customer service. I was so overwhelmed and satisfied after seeing the most beautiful center piece arrangements Gloria created for my Auntie Josies 80th birthday. Gloria is the best and Ill definitely recommend her to all of my Associates.
